I was caught up with meetings n meetings today if I didnt reply ur messages on the spot i guess is my mistake, next time u guys can call me directly as Im always on the go n is hard for me to reply all of your messages at once.. i did reply yr messages at the morning but i admit afternoon i was too bz to reply.. nt just u, some others as well. where as for the cleave slide in i think my staff didnt know about it as the packaging is the same with other cleaves, n we had only 1 left in our shop. others are all the screw in type. Anyhow, we will try to improve on this tqvm fr the feedback.
