Almost all the motherboard which has the DDR and mosfets located at around the same place can use this fan mount. The mounting holes are the same since all of the are ATX boards.

From his first guess, he said that the manufacturers will cut it on their laser cutter for USD2.25/min. So I guess it takes about 5 - 7 mins to cut one piece. About $11 - $15 + shipping? It will include all necessary screws for the installation.

that is not a problem at all. just afraid that the vibrations from the fans would resonate only

but the mounts are really expensive....

good concept..but i think should've made it with bigger fans.. 2 40mm fans won't do much for the memory..

If you guys use a 60mm or 120mm fan, you will be eating the space of the heatsink. The designer of this thingy made this so that big heatsink, waterblocks and even phase change evaporators are able to be put on with the mount already mounted on the board. Think about that before jumping to bigger fans.

As long as you have space for the heatsink and fan then should be ok. I just wanted to remind you guys about the heatsink space.

i did this using dual delta 60mm on the rams for gsan, with clip on design on the ram slots
user posted image

the idea is not only limited to 40mm fans, blowers can be utilised as well.

How about putting spans or rubber (high quality ones ar) at the mounting screws?
Like the one used for hyper6+,and some GC hsf. That will lessen the vibration.
Or even better sockets+spans like the CPU socket tongue.gif but that's going to be costly.

I'm interested if ur making 1 allngap thumbup.gif
