I bought SF x Tekken 5 days ago, and just two days ago, FIFA 13 came out, and I still need 70cents more to buy the game. So I sent an email to iTunes CS rep and ask for a refund for the game. And surprisingly, they refunded me in full, and the SF app is still in my iPad. Double Win
