CPuID show 16v usage on +12v, After mod case and adding corsair H60

Im using alienware x51,
Concern about the heat and temp i install corsair h60 . Now it is cool n silent, I had to do case mod to fit the radiator n fan. But now Cpuid shows im using 16v on +12v. Anyone know why?

software not complatible with ur mobo.
check from bios or use multimeter |
