guys. i have a problem here. my phone isn't vibrating upon receiving messages and whatsapp messges. but incoming calls are fine. what seems to be the problem? everything is set correctly

my CSC is unknown too.
and my Samsung keyboard can't type chinese. it has chinese but the word doesnt come out when i tap on the keys. anyone has this problem too? |
