If want full wipe, then pick wipe data/factory reset at CWM. (Don't do option below this selection).

After that, goto Advanced, and choose wipe dalvik cache & battery state (I do this as I found out it help on sometimes battery leak issue).

It won't erase anything on SDcard or External SDcard.
