mad.gif mad.gif girls.. please beware when u guys are buying things online!
i bought a longchamp bag from this website http://myfashionstyle.com.my/
this website claims to be real and it looks seriously real.
with all the addresses, terms&conditions this and that.
plus i checked their fb website which is MYFASHIONSTYLE FACEBOOK
and i see good feedbacks from the customers which made me trust them more.
i guess they are cheated as well and they don't know about it.

so since the stuffs are cheap, so why not?
plus it was my first time buying things online.

banked in my money and waited for 2 weeks and received nothing.
so i email-ed them and they say i'll get the bag by 'that particular week'..
waited and waited. nothing too. emailed them and they finally tell me i'll get it on that week.
thinking that they might need time for shipping from UK. so i thought its okay.

then i received the bag..
checked everything.. everything looks okay except for the leather.
[checked how to authenticate longchamps]
didn't know if it's authentic or not, so i checked with http://forum.purseblog.com/authenticate-this/
they said it's fake, shocking.gif as i thought.
the leather and the writing at the back of the leather looks suspicious. hmm.gif

so i end up decided to post it here so that no one's gonna get scam again..
lesson learnt! first and the last time!! vmad.gif

No such thing as no authentic stuffs can't be obtained cheaply.

Plus, what is defined as cheap? Very subjective.

For example, you buy a coach from US and a coach locally, the price can differ a lot.

Therefore, the only thing you can practice is actually caution. That's all. Send it to the boutique in Gardens and asked for an inspection.

Their site looked pretty "believable", but then again, the Burberry scarf are slightly cheaper than market price, so take your best aim and guess. When in doubt, don't shop.

nope. didn't wanna make myself angrier with their replies.
if u scrolled thru those page in purse forum, u might see a girl cheated too.
she bought another type of longchamp bag and theres no inner pocket.
she mailed them and they asked for authentication letter from longchamp shop.
which is impossible.. cuz they'll not check nor give any letter for u..

Yea, longchamp will not do authentication, this is widely known.
Did your bag come with the care card? You can also ask for receipt as well. Then again, nowadays there's imitation receipt as well. Hence, if you want to be really safe, just buy from authorized outlets boutiques locally or overseas and don't bother looking for cheaper prices online as there are so many scammers online.

As for other bags, Coach is not consider a luxury product in US, it's very very cheap over there especially when they have season sales and clearance.

If you wanna buy branded stuff online, best don't go to this sort of online shop. Open forum like here is better where you can see other buyer comment and roughly know how reputable the seller is. If the online shop has a brick and mortar outlet, then even better, go there and see the bag for yourself. Survey the prices online. Your friends say overseas very cheap, how cheap is cheap. These people who bring in the bags from overseas will also want to earn profit when they sell to you, so if its much cheaper than going over to France to buy the bag yourself, then just forget it, most likely a scam.

I recently filed a claim against zalora.my through PayPal for an OOS item. Managed to get a refund. biggrin.gif

Oh no, have you taken any action against them? I went to the website and it looks very legit and professional. Just a suggestion, cant you pay the people at longchamp to check the authenticity of the bag?

Hi,

Felt sorry for you, girl.

I bought lots things online, but only from overseas website. As I used to study in UK, online shopping is a big thing there.

Usually shop fr Ebay and amazon where there the website is REGULATED. In short, the sellers cannot simply make claims and sell products that don't fit the description. If they do sell fake products, Ebay will take actions and the buyers will have their money back.

Also, only pay online shopping via Paypal or credit card because credit card has a guarantee that for online transactions, we can do a chargeback if the goods dont arrive/arrived but not as described.

Hope this helps.

but seriously, their website never state 100% genuine..
Did I miss out from where?

and also they have "committed to quality" but no 100% authentic guaranteed..
another thing, they also state "High-Quality Designer Goods at competitive prices is our promise."

Their guarantee are more on quality instead of genuine..

hmm..just weird weird... hehe..

We at MyFashionStyle-Online understand your concern about the quality of the merchandise sold. And yes, our items are directly from original manufacturers or discount outlets overseas. All our items come with the brand tags and certificates, but it depend on some certain brands. Rest assured that all our products are 100% brand new.

However, as these are items that are not sold in boutiques or stores, and, there could be slight differences in terms of finishings. Note also, that items manufactured or sold in different regions or markets could see differences in colours, parts and accessories.

Newer batches of certain models could have some slight differences in finishings, and in some cases specifications. Do note that these notices are by no mean representing that we deal in fake or replicas, but to avoid any potential disputes. All items that we carry are authentic. We will provide a refund should you furnish official proof that our item is not.
We may occasionally deal with vintage or pre-owned items and that will be stated clearly on the item detail page. If you have any doubts about the quality of our products, you may choose to check the product at official brand boutiques.

i not sure whether this is real authentic or if is defected item. but they said they will make full refund if is not authentic. i think u can try to contact them ask ask for refund?

So your representing this shop?

IMHO, i think the seller should always ensure the bags that they get from the supplier/ manufacturer/ wholesale outlets are 100% genuine & authentic with care card and all. And not expect the buyer to verify it with the said outlets if any product descrepancies is found in terms of quality & design. This i personally think is very irresponsible of the seller. I mean yes, you are offering the bags at a lower price, but why impose the risk on the customer.

No I didn't mean that. They source the goods from different suppliers so lots of times they just go OOS and zalora refuses to give a refund. Zalora always offers customers a store credit.

Anyway I insisted on a refund and that was when the problem started. They lied and lied saying that they had already refunded me through paypal when they didn't. They trained their staff to lie so I would advise you to stay away from zalora.

There are other online stores to buy from.

This website is indeed a fake. I bought a prada bag there which is definitely fake - there were grammatical errors in the care card, and the bag came wrapped in plastic!

I've complained to my bank whose credit card i used to make payment, and managed to get a refund. The merchant also called me directly and they were very rude. Please avoid this merchant at all costs.

I urge all girls who have been cheated by any sites to speak up and demand a refund! do not just sit back and let these people cheat our hard earned money.

Myfashionstyle.com.my 1. JAN 24- Ordered Rebecca Minkoof bag priced Rm450. Call the number to clarify color of bag wanted before proceed payment, no answer on all numbers. Then I received sms to email any enquiries. Did that and they emailed back saying out of stock and they cancelled my order. Then I went back to their website to check whether they are sold out. They are still on sale but at an increased price of RM650. 2. On March 5, I received sms that reads " Hi, greeting fr www.myfashionstyle.com.my,orders r currently proceed n the stocks r available.Pls allow us to deliver asap once payment is done. Finalise today ". I forgot I left an item in the shopping cart- Karen Millen dress. Since they hv stock n plan to deliver ASAP, why not give it a try n I proceed to pay for the item. March 11, I sms for tracking no., no reply. March 12, sms again for tracking no n a reply., no reply. So I call and call and call, a woman picked up the phone. Wow she's extremely rude, and said ' Can't u read our website says 7-15 working days, WORKING DAYS ONLY.' Then I tried to explain the sms she sent me, she hung up. I call n call her back, she refuse to answer the call.

you 're right. last time their website used to state authentic!!! after that they changed to high quality wink.gif so you can't sue them! but their FB page hasn't changed to high quality instead of "authentic". Yes. my fashionstyle is selling fake, only fake.
I'm not sure about burberry, but longchamp is definitely fake! i bought mine, got refunded, they die die die also wanna argue it was authentic. how could a long champ victoire come without inner pocket? and, that limited edition long champ was 2011 limited edition, it was sold out everywhere!!! I tot it was cheap, I gave it a try. I bought and received, a fake. I kinda fought back for my right. I got my refund. I'm a designer handbags user, I can quickly spot a fake!!

and yes, poor service, my bro saw this website from my com, without asking for my comments about it, he tot it was selling real and ordered a long champ bag to give to my mom!!! Paid and gave them his details. and they apparently read wrong mailing address, sent to the wrong add, and refused to go to the pos office to get the item because they said the address was not residential add. many other excuses. damn !!! they argued that it was my brother who gave the wrong address!he then checked the "sent" inbox, it was correct, not wrong. f*** myfashionstyle, jotted down the wrong number and still argued and scolded customer.

anyone got conned some more??

how much did you get from them?

i bought mine from thailand airport, hard material, and the inside small compartment after few usage started to berbulu day. But it should be genuine. Turning 2 years old soon my bag and the zipper remains shiny and gold ~

thats another distinctive part for genuine item wink.gif

So far myfashionstyle delivered all my orders without fail. I am a burberry lover and also verify their items before, maybe the items from
original outlets and also original manufacturers like they said. Read their term and conditions, atleast they state all the
terms.

Everyone also want to get good things, so far myfashionstyle Burberry are ok. Thanks god.

*
Oh my gosh!!! I've been cheated as well, i just bought prada bn 2274 black colour for rm 3600 and when its come the paper bag is fake!! And actually i already call the girl and she said it aunthentic just the paper bag was fake because the people tool from factory which is illegally.
So i still trust her but i donw want to take risk so i ask to return the money, the girl still said can fully return within 3days (fully return without charge me anything ) but within 3days. After that i said i will return, same with all of the cases i've read ,they supposed to be return me 7working days. But u know i still havent receive until 3weeks!!! This people tottally crazy!
After that i still chase them by phone but they never pick up call, just want to online chat and sms.
Then i treat them i will sue them to give back my money. Then u know they said i never give them my account number ( in fact i already sent them this info 2x by email) and u know what?they suddenly said their boss just want to return me back rm 2800????wtf!!!! Im angry like hell!! Then they more angry with me and said if i dont give the bank account and my id he dont want to return my money. Then already said they will report to their local lawyer. Because i treaten them
I will post in fb bout them.
Now the things i ask the bag to return to me so if i can find this bag is fake ,i can sue them.instead i just get rm 2800 ( they said hv to minus all the expenses the bag from usa sent to here ) i dont trust them yet im scared i really need people to help me also. Can anybody tell me how to get my money back??

So do you know if the bag you bought is authentic or a fake? Get it verified first.

You can check out the purseblog forum to post photos of your bag and see if anyone is willing to authenticate it. Alternately, have you thought of going to prada to compare the bags?

your profile is created just april 2013!!! i doubt if you are real buyer!!!! you might be the seller or something related.

myfashionstyle is selling fake. and yes, they are f***ing rude. when you say sth about reporting to the police, they will tell you they will call their lawyer to sue you because you tarnish their reputation. and their bags are real........

Hi thanks for the infos ladies. I first stumble on this thread when looking for Info for myfashion style website. They put a deal on dealmates.com for fitflop sandal 50% discount (selling price RM160++). Never stated original or authentic. So I got curious, now I think it must be fake too. This shop should be reported, for misleading a lot of customers. Beware of this shop.

First i have to asked, is this your first time own Longchamp bag?

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/269/4...6589978896.jpg/

The zip is YKK... So I can confirm it is authentic. Even replica 9A also don't have YKK zip...

FYI, pls check website below to spot authentic longchamp..

i agree...that maybe they mix their stuff... Myfashionstyle sent me my bag (which i think is could be AAA++++ fake or lousy quality BUT authentic bag) and did not send me my carecard..their reason? it's just a card...and the staff "forgot" to check before sending out... and the finishing for my MK bag, altho has alll the indicators of authentic ones.. side logo all got MK stamp blablabla... but something about it is OFF... inner bag lining, not symmetry .. and bag strap length not the same as the ori website... up till now just chuck it in the wardrobe.. don't want to carry it until i am very sure it is authentic.. let me know if u all want to see the pics, if you all can help verify it , even better!

well, the trend with MFS that i've gathered so far is that they take a long long time for delivery.. and they are slow with the tracking num.. i chat online with their staff and sent numerous email.. well, my advice is wait for a lil while? when u get your bag, compare with http://snobaffair.com/susan/2012/08/how-to...he-super-guide/ ->it's good! and if there are ANY...(stress on ANY!!!) differences with the one on this website, confront the seller.. the prob with my bag is , it has little notes to compare authenticity with.. btw, i bought my longchamp from bellakau for RM170.. and all of the details of the bag tallies with the website... so i'm less worried tho i don't have an LC outlet here to verify..

also be careful of this online website www.amnig.com selling clothes.

i almost buy from them until i found out i can get cheaper and better design cloths from taobao / ebay. even i buy through taobao agent still cheaper than amnig.

the items at amnig website is pricy and lousy plain design.

just my advice.

Hi girls! no more cheating!

Most of the website that is not verify promised "authentic stuff" can't be trusted.

Sometimes it is better to just buy "inspired" version.
They are cheap and look real.

its MIRROR QUALITY.

I have check myfashionstyle.com.my website.
They are charging RM4200 for a CELINE bag. too much! for fake.
We can offer you exactly same quality with way cheaper price.

Please kindly check the link below.

Thank you

I couldn't believe that I fall into this as well. I have been careful buying stuff online but during confinement period.. I have made my purchase with myfashionstyle a couple things and what a fool I am for not checking through history in Google before make my purchase.

I am still waiting for my bag, purchased a longchamp and 3 more days to delivery time needed according to their site (7-15 working days needed). Also.. 2 pairs of FitFlops through mydeal. I have tried sending emails but it didn't get through as exceeded its inbox limit and SMS replied was short and lack of information or details I need.

I wonder if the chances of getting back my money is possible? They use MOL payment system, should I report to MOL to get refund?

Was trying to purchase a MK Selma bag from them, but wondered about the care card , dust bag and box.

Tried to call them several times over the week, with 40 emails and counting, no reply.

The minute I posted something complaining about their customer service on their Facebook page, I'm either blocked or the page was deleted.

In my opinion, I don't know if its a scam, but they are definitely fishy!

They do not guarantee authenticity and if you're truly genuine, there's no reason not to answer calls!

They already feel like criminals if you ask me.

Angellic91,

Now is not about the value of the product.. This seller is very unethical and I would suggest you file your case to tribunal pengguna . The steps are easy.

Hi everyone. I read some posts in here about myfashionstyle.com.my. The prices are really cheap, especially for MK and Coach handbags. For anyone who bought any handbag from these brands, do you find yours authentic? I tried to check their US address "logistic center" in Google Maps and found an empty lot picture. Also, they mention on the website that they do not have store, but I have sent email to them asking where they are located in US, just to see some ready stocks. I'm currently residing in US but I would say the prices that they offer is a lot cheaper than the store here. Or maybe they got it during Black Friday? I don't know. But their Coach handbags are so out dated. Perhaps from clearance sales.

Agree! Don't buy anything from this Myfashionstyle.com.my. They are selling fake bags. I found my MK bag is fake too, since they are not dare to reply and explain to me why paper bag, plastic bag is made in China, but inside the bag small label is made in Indonesia. Email to them for wanna claim for refund, pretend my question and totally no reply now. Such a lousy service, no customer service standard at all. Really rather pay more for AUTH product at JPO.
So regret after payment just realized this post...arghhh... Don't ever buy branded online anymore.... vmad.gif

Hmm. after reading your post, i feel sorry about your case. then i take a look on their website.

http://www.craveastyle.com/

I do not know how to get Michael Kors Medium Jet Set Multifunction Travel Tote - See more at: http://craveastyle.com/index.php?route=pro...h.xZTHQQwV.dpuf at RM 750. THIS IS SUPER CHEAP!

As I'm just come back from United States and my sister still in United States, it's really no clue of how to get this price at RM750/3.2=USD234.

even though you get in on sale , let say in the outlet, the assistant in Houston Premium Outlet Michael Kors store said it was USD 199 + tax= USD 220++. However, they said it is very very rare for this hot selling tote to transfer to outlet and it is still current season item for boutique selling at retail store at USD298+ tax.

So I don't know how they can get it at such cheap price to sell to others. What about the transportation cost from United States or other places to Malaysia? What they earned? this kind of question come into my mind.

Oh well, some people think that boutique are selling at cut throat price and there are bargain elsewhere. I think they forgot what luxury means.

I think I wanna become conmen too. So easy to con tens of thousands through something that cost so little to make. Time to think of a master plan. hmm.gif

Hi MILKTea,

Thanks. You mean that the luxury goods items sold on MyDeal.com.my (eg Prada bags etc) is also sourced from the same supplier? So Mydeal & Dealmates & Myfashionstyle all market the same "fake" goods?

oh no...i'm not sure if they are same suppliers...i'm just wondering since there are many complaints on fake goods, why the group buying sites still featured these conmans....

Anyway....girls...if it's true good to be true, it probably is....just don't trust the seller so much if the price are exceptionally low...

Yes you are right.

I was thinking about buying a Prada bag from their site@RM2788. I know that overseas, in Paris, the price is about like that. So I thought thats ok. Then I read the forum here and am afraid that the supplier for Mydeal is the same as the supplier to other site eg Dealmates.

I tried calling their phone to enquire about genuineness of their LUXURY line of merchandise but the line keeps getting cut off after their "automated message" or after ringing a few times- 0327214925. So I don't think I will trust a site that does not even answer its telephone or cuts us off automatically before you can even speak to ANYONE with RM2788!! I will just continue to buy "cheap"stuff from their website eg. towels, bedsheets, etc but won't trust them with Thousands of Ringgit cos cannot even call to enquire or complain to anyone!

Thanks and Buyers Beware!

hello, so sorry to hear your sad story..

i'm actually doing online shop.

i source from coach and other branded.

i also subscribe to all this mydexl la... groupxn la~ lazXda la~
those bag are cheap till unbelievable.

coach wristle maybe you can trust it's aunthentic.
but for mk and polo ralph those bag, the price were just unbelievable cheap.
i check with my bro in USA, he said even in the outlet, u also can't get it that cheap.

for those online shop like us, you actually can request a copy of receipt from the seller, of course without the purchase price la.. this is what i practice.

just my 2 cents.

Girls, seriously...beware of all these online stores...

I bought a MK bag through Hulala from their merchant Myfashionstyle and then stumble upon this thread...I made noise and got my full refund...

However, About few days ago, they still deliver that bag to me and gosh... The most simple and basic thig is not right.. The word Michael Kors is crocked! I have emailed them to say I want to return the bag as I have received my refund but still pending their reply...

Mfs also sent me a threatening email when I showed them this thread... they asked me to beware of what I am posting and don't accuse a licensed company when in fact I didn't say anything but my discomfort with their store.. I have also made a police report and I am filing a court case of their threatening act...

Just stand up for your consumer rights!!! Don't let these irresponsible sellers bully us!

i almost buy from them until i found out i can get cheaper and better design cloths from taobao / ebay. even i buy through taobao agent still cheaper than amnig.

the items at amnig website is pricy and lousy plain design.

just my advice.

Dear Sir,

My name is Kay Vin and I'm the Business Development Manager of Amnig. I must first apologize for giving your such a bad experience in terms of visual merchandising (lousy designs/expensive clothes). No doubt, the designs and layout sucked and it looks like a scam website. cry.gif

However, We have relaunched the page on December 2013 and it's working pretty well! rclxms.gif

The thing is, we hope that you'll be fair to us on your comments. blink.gif
1. It's not nice to warn others about Amnig without getting a real feel of it (either by purchase or physical fitting)
2. It's so unfortunate that you weren't able to feel and fit our clothing physical (yes, we have our own retail shop in Damansara Uptown)

And so, unnecessary damages had been done and we wish to clarify and prove our integrity! flex.gif

We would like to invite all forum members of this thread to drop by our retail shop! thumbup.gif
Also,we will be giving a 25% discount on our products for both online and offline purchase. thumbup.gif

If you bought in france, that should be at its cheapest. I got my LV at paris for RM3800 (after deducting GST) and its sold in LV boutique here at RM5,200-00. I don't trust anything cheaper than the place of Origin, where its made.

I bought a MK Messenger from them at RM499 and it looked reliable! But when comes to details it was very disappointing! Zipper is not smooth, Uneven Stitching, Blur metal details.. And when compared to the one my friend bought from Reebonz at RM999, the quality is totally different! The one from Reebonz was very good...
So I filed a complain and they agreed to make full refund at once...

Hi gals, did anyone return the fake items to www.myfashionstyle.com.my & successful get back the refund?

Before knowing this threat, I bought a MK bag from them. When I get the bag, it's really not authentic.

So I make a complaint and ask for refund. But they want me to post the bag to them. Once verify will refund to me.

But I scare they cheat me, end up I get nothing, neither the bag or money sad.gif

Should I trust them post back the bag & wait for refund?

Thank you.

Did you buy directly from MFS? If so, i think is a bit hard! You can bring the bag for authentication in MK boutiques... then show the proof to them....

i bought my jet selma from Hulala under MFS.... i got my refund after i make noise but that fake ugly bag is still with me... none of them want to reply to my email to ask them take back the bag!

Please make police report as well...

When it's too good to be true, then it is.

Don't buy branded stuff from random merchant lah wei....

If cannot afford then settle for less expensive branded one loh, why everyone must have gucci or prada or michael kors or birkin?

Don't buy branded bags online unless the website is very good and more than 5k good ratings

Friend just got a fake Birkin bag

Sorry to say... if your friend is so naive as to buy a birkin online ebay/etc... then she probably deserve to part with her money.

*
Really? MFS got reply me, they ask me post back the bag. Once verify then only will refund to me.

omg! i bought a prada bag from this website and when i received it, i compared it to my other original prada and found out that the card and the dust bag look suspicious. i contacted them and they insisted that it is original from the usa, different because export and under table stock from prada. they said no refund after 3 days. i trusted them because of the good comments and likes on the fb page. i bought the bag in may 2012, but now i only saw this forum. can i get my refund, paying rm2900 for a fake bag is not worth it. my gut feeling says it's a fake but they insisted it is original.
how to get my money back? they will entertain me after 2 years? lol

Anyway to get it verify with Prada shop or some qualified 3rd party? If it is really fake item, they would be more worried than you if the issue is blown up. There is always Consumer Tribunal and http://www.kpdnkk.gov.my/c/document_librar...a&groupId=10137

Never ever purchase any designer bags from any Deal sites, u will most likely end up with fakes! Also note that most designer bags do not have plastic wrappings on the handles. YKK zippers are on good fakes too. I experienced purchasing a fake longchamp before and it was 99% similar that u could hardly tell. But something about it felt off and I learnt to identify the flaw. And the more I observe, the more I learn that registered and official looking companies like these are more likely to cheat than small time sellers. The key to a value purchase is knowing what u're getting at the end. Doubt that these companies will oblige if u asked for photographs of the actual item compared to individual sellers though.

Hi, i found out i got cheated today as well. In a way i have yet to be certain
As i am awaiting for verification.
Bought the bag end of 2012.
They refused to take responsibility
The number i called & texted the person she say she got fired etc & its been so long blablabla
& there was a changed of boss & what not.
But i checked apparently they have a new website
So pls beware www.craveastyle.com

Am intending to pursue an action as i believe in consumer rights.
Hope to get a solution but i would have to wait for like a month/two b4 pursuing an action since i need to wait for verifications & am not based in KL

Will update if i manage to remedy. *fingers cross*

Am sooooo glad that i checked this forum 1st b4 i click to confirm my purchase with MFS for the MK Selma. How on earth they can cheat ppl with fake stuff?? My goodness. Furthermore, i see their FB comments are pretty good, but abit curious too when good comments keep repeating on their authenticity. So, all 'made-up' ones.... Hahaha. Thanks alot for 'saving' me. Why there's no action can be taken against them? Dont think its legal for them to do so. If replicas, just mention replicas lah, why want to cheat? At least ppl buy under their willingness knowing its fakes.

*
hi,
I used to see their bags but never buy from them yet..Realized that their Mk are much cheaper than Market price..
You are lucky that you can get back your refund...I used to buy online but recently met an irresponsible seller and i cant get back my refund as promise..

Did you ask for refund?
You can do that, by claiming thru "small claims tribunal Malaysia".
Just google it, file the claim, pay RM5.
Then can claim thru legal way without any lawyers and it is damn cheap and hasslefree.

Prepare some supportings for your case. Court might wanna see evidence. exp, they claimed that it's 100% authentic. But you proved it is not. something like that

Hi girls!

So apparently I just bought a bag from MFS as well and badly it was for somebody else which is even a disaster because I am kinda the middle person for her to purchase the bag she wanted.

I paid yesterday. Came across this forum today and was so pissed off. I had this bad feeling b4 I paid for it but it was too late.
I knew something was wrong since they didnt reply my fb msg, and didnt even care to pick up my calls. When I wtsapp them they dont really answer to my question. vmad.gif

Now I am trying to get a refund and am forcing them to pay me back ASAP by today since they replied that they are gonna refund me 7 days after I received the item! Come on I dont even care of looking at the bag now since I know how the condition would be. mad.gif mad.gif

I think they kinda pissed off since the first email I wrote was to report them to consumer division and report them as a scam in FB if they didnt refund me because I received a reply in BLOCK red in colour letters soon after that.

So now I am still in the midst of bugging them to refund me asap.

So lesson to learn : DO NOT PURCHASE AUTHENTIC ITEMS ONLINE unless if they do have a good reputation/reviews by others.

But TQ for the posts as guidance. We all will be more alert after this.

Stay away from website that sell branded handbags without offering 100% Originality guarantee and 100% refund if not authentic.

If the bag is proven fake, you can actually file for a police report, selling fake branded bags online are illegal.

Hi all!

Luckily to find this forum when i just want to purchase Longchamp Le Pilage Bag from them. I found that their website selling the Longchamp Eiffel Tower Bag which is alot cheaper than buy it in Paris. I have whatsapp them asking for enquiries which yesterday till now no reply and it make me doubt their 'realness'.

I found in fb there is another seller name 'Outlet' selling Longchamp bags too which is relatively low than in store. I have pm them and yet to receive any reply. Do anyone bought anything from them before? Any recommendation of cheap website to buy authentic bags? smile.gif

First you have to send them a message thru watsapp stated that you will lodge a police report should there be no responds within 24-48 hrs. If they did not reply, please straight lodge a police report and go to tribunal online to file a case. Charge will be RM2 (police report) + RM5 (tribunal). Then, send to valerie@myfashionstyle.com a note that you have reported to the authority.

I did that and it was amazingly immediate respond from them and i got my items. But surprisingly, my items was authentic. I had verified it at a respective boutique.

Good Luck! thumbup.gif

You can register an account with paypal; you don't need to have money in your account. When you want to make a purchase then only add your credit card. After paying remove your credit card info. tongue.gif

If you did not receive your purchase or item not as described you can resolve it through paypal; if no solution escalate it to a claim and you get your money back.

I got my refund from Zalora through paypal. smile.gif

Hi all,
If the bag you received is fake, do not stay silent. Email them to get a refund. If they ask you to send back the item, make sure you courier it and keep the courier receipt for evidence. If you did not get refund, make sure you make a police report and complaint to consumer tribunal. Consumer cannot let those errant person to get away with it.

When you buy bag online, i know nothing can guarantee the site is selling authentic stuff but below is a few points you need to be aware:

1. When the bag is not cheap it does not mean the bag is authentic.
2. When the bag is too cheap, most likely it is fake.
3. Make sure the website also have a physical shop, phone number that can be contacted.
Usually all those shop/website selling authentic bag, their price is about 30% to 70% off retail. It all depends on new bag, clearance bag, brand etc.
If someone offer you 80% off, 90% off, don't you think it is fishy?
If you really want to own a cheap branded bag, you need to go to KLCC or Pavilion to look at the physical stock and price. Than only you google some of the reputable reseller shop in Malaysia. There are so many
If you really got a fake bag from a website that claim to sell 100% authentic, go make a police report, complaint tribunal, and also report to the respectable brand so they can take action. Don't just sit that and do nothing.

One thing, if you have doubt of any the quality issue of any particular website, DON"T BUY

girls, dont assume that you use PayPal to make payment and this will guarantee you a refund when you found out it is not authentic. This is because Paypal will requires you to send them a copy of letter with company chop and signature (From Flagship shop) which verified that the product(s) is not authentic.

Problem comes, Most (should say ALL) of the flagship shop WILL NOT provide letter of verification to the customers even they knew it's definitely fake item.

so the best solution is that

- Buy from online shop whereby you get review from trusted friends. (Don't only see review online because the seller could write their own reviews in different username)

- Buy from Flagship shop

- Buy from online shop but INSIST to deal by using C.O.D at flagship shop. (so you could check if the bag is authentic before making payment to the seller face-to-face)

duty import? never encounter any. lol!
bought karrimor 65l which is cost around RM282 (including posting) ship from Leeds, UK
in malaysia probably cost me more than that! in some website from malaysia, cost RM 400 ( same item )
in some places, RM 570 or more than that.

as far i know, if the item more than RM 500 value, customs will charge you duty import. most of the item i purchase, less than that
thought of purchasing Mixer from UK (including shipping = RM 1500 ) in malaysia, RM 2999 but, dont have enough money d n now they have sale. once sale off, the price become RM 2000. ( customs definitely will charge me duty import, however it may vary from item to other item , 5%, 10%, 15%)

I did ! Around the 9th working day, so I got it as promised (within 14 days). I compared my bag side to side with my relative's planetes that she bought from Paris, and I can tell you that everything is exactly the same except for three things :

1) The Longchamp logo stamp that's supposed to be under the flap is not as obvious as I think it should be. Still there, but you need to look very hard, on my relative's bag it's quite obvious.
2) The suede material under the flap feels rougher. I own a couple of Longchamps myself and the suede is always very soft. This bag's suede can still be considered soft, but is rough to the touch too somehow. It looks the same though without touching it.
3) The care card that came with it was obviously fake. Printing was horrible, had a few grammatical errors. Lol.

Other than those three things mentioned above. The material, stitching, zippers (I checked the logo and year properly), the plastic disc on the inside of the button, the tag and all looks 100% real. I think only an avid Longchamp fan could be able to tell apart mine, and the one that is store-bought.

So I'm not sure if mine is a defected authentic bag, or a really really high quality replica. I couldn't be bothered to bring it to a Longchamp to authenticate and then returning and dealing with them all over again. I get what I paid for, and I am sort of happy with the quality and build of the bag. For something that is RM250, I am impressed with it since its around 700+ in their original boutiques and the bags are almost 95% alike except for those things I mentioned earlier.

Oh and their service sucks. They only contact you or reply when you accidentally added something in your cart and not removing them after a while. Cause I think they get order notifications because of that. They emailed me the tracking number once they posted it out though. If you really want to buy from them, go to craveastyle.com, I think that's their main website now and not MyFashionStyle. Good luck with your purchase smile.gif

Hi! I received my bag already, pretty fast service though, made payment Monday night - received the bag Thursday. But yea, their response to email or whatsapp quite lousy.

Honestly, am quite happy with the bag that I've bought..I found 3 differences from my original LC, not sure these counts or not.
1) care card (4 flips) most of reviews that I've read said this is fake card, but for my card, no spelling error found
2) inside "Made in France" - my ori LC - Made in China (not sure this is good or not though?)
3) Zipper - no YKK mark, for ORI LC they do have this at the side of the zipper.

Other than these 3 points, am a happy girl!

For the rest who's buying - good luck, hope you guys get something similar or better biggrin.gif

That's really good to know ! Did you order the Planetes as well ? If yes, then it's correct if it is made in France. The Le Pliages are mostly made in their China factory. Oh, mine has the YKK mark though. Looks like we both have minor problems with our bags but overall we're happy with it ! I guess we're the few lucky ones haha thumbup.gif

There are so many of these vultures selling fakes!
I just bought a coach bag from a facebook seller
"YENZBEAUTY"
I deposited 100 for pre order and then she told me I will pay the remaining rm400 after 2 weeks.
So to make the story short, I paid the remaing balance and when I received the package, the moment I opened it I knew it was fake! The smell of the bag, the details, stitching and hardware all screams fake!
I texted her and asked for a refund as i told her I am disappointed with he bag and it's not original! She only replied that I should not think only, and I am not a coach QC! Then she ignored all my what'sapp messages.

Avoid Yenzbeauty in facebook!
