mad.gif mad.gif girls.. please beware when u guys are buying things online!
i bought a longchamp bag from this website http://myfashionstyle.com.my/
this website claims to be real and it looks seriously real.
with all the addresses, terms&conditions this and that.
plus i checked their fb website which is MYFASHIONSTYLE FACEBOOK
and i see good feedbacks from the customers which made me trust them more.
i guess they are cheated as well and they don't know about it.

so since the stuffs are cheap, so why not?
plus it was my first time buying things online.

banked in my money and waited for 2 weeks and received nothing.
so i email-ed them and they say i'll get the bag by 'that particular week'..
waited and waited. nothing too. emailed them and they finally tell me i'll get it on that week.
thinking that they might need time for shipping from UK. so i thought its okay.

then i received the bag..
checked everything.. everything looks okay except for the leather.
[checked how to authenticate longchamps]
didn't know if it's authentic or not, so i checked with http://forum.purseblog.com/authenticate-this/
they said it's fake, shocking.gif as i thought.
the leather and the writing at the back of the leather looks suspicious. hmm.gif

so i end up decided to post it here so that no one's gonna get scam again..
lesson learnt! first and the last time!! vmad.gif

No such thing as no authentic stuffs can't be obtained cheaply.

Plus, what is defined as cheap? Very subjective.

For example, you buy a coach from US and a coach locally, the price can differ a lot.

Therefore, the only thing you can practice is actually caution. That's all. Send it to the boutique in Gardens and asked for an inspection.

Their site looked pretty "believable", but then again, the Burberry scarf are slightly cheaper than market price, so take your best aim and guess. When in doubt, don't shop.

nope. didn't wanna make myself angrier with their replies.
if u scrolled thru those page in purse forum, u might see a girl cheated too.
she bought another type of longchamp bag and theres no inner pocket.
she mailed them and they asked for authentication letter from longchamp shop.
which is impossible.. cuz they'll not check nor give any letter for u..

Yea, longchamp will not do authentication, this is widely known.
Did your bag come with the care card? You can also ask for receipt as well. Then again, nowadays there's imitation receipt as well. Hence, if you want to be really safe, just buy from authorized outlets boutiques locally or overseas and don't bother looking for cheaper prices online as there are so many scammers online.

As for other bags, Coach is not consider a luxury product in US, it's very very cheap over there especially when they have season sales and clearance.

If you wanna buy branded stuff online, best don't go to this sort of online shop. Open forum like here is better where you can see other buyer comment and roughly know how reputable the seller is. If the online shop has a brick and mortar outlet, then even better, go there and see the bag for yourself. Survey the prices online. Your friends say overseas very cheap, how cheap is cheap. These people who bring in the bags from overseas will also want to earn profit when they sell to you, so if its much cheaper than going over to France to buy the bag yourself, then just forget it, most likely a scam.

You should have used PayPal.

I recently filed a claim against zalora.my through PayPal for an OOS item. Managed to get a refund. biggrin.gif

Oh no, have you taken any action against them? I went to the website and it looks very legit and professional. Just a suggestion, cant you pay the people at longchamp to check the authenticity of the bag?

Hi,

Felt sorry for you, girl.

I bought lots things online, but only from overseas website. As I used to study in UK, online shopping is a big thing there.

Usually shop fr Ebay and amazon where there the website is REGULATED. In short, the sellers cannot simply make claims and sell products that don't fit the description. If they do sell fake products, Ebay will take actions and the buyers will have their money back.

Also, only pay online shopping via Paypal or credit card because credit card has a guarantee that for online transactions, we can do a chargeback if the goods dont arrive/arrived but not as described.

Hope this helps.

but seriously, their website never state 100% genuine..
Did I miss out from where?

and also they have "committed to quality" but no 100% authentic guaranteed..
another thing, they also state "High-Quality Designer Goods at competitive prices is our promise."

Their guarantee are more on quality instead of genuine..

hmm..just weird weird... hehe..
