Well i got it and they seem to not give u individual keys, just bundle steam keys. Package A, Package B (above average price) and maybe Package C if u pay the above 25 bucks

and the normal disclaimer of:

"Steam will not provide extra giftable copies of games you already own.
All keys are for your personal use only."
