Oleh kerana ini topik yang di refresh dan versi 2012,maka saya nak memaklumkan sedikit info/makluman.peraturan baru teknik/kaedah pancingan di empangan air kuningEmbarrassed
-Dikhabarkan enchik Nik baru sahaja melepaskan ikan bulan,zebra amazon.
-Tidak dibenarkan menggunakan umpan bancuhan/dedak/roti/dedak/hati ayam/limpa/paru-paru/organ dalaman,(tabur rasuah/dedak/roti)DLL.
-Hanya menggunakan umpan hidup sahaja dibenarkan..!
-Umpan anak ikan disediakan,boleh dibeli dengan enchek Yudi.
-Ianya bertujuan untuk ikan kembali menghentam lure,gewang dan mengembalikan kegemilangan fly fishing di empangan air kuning.(memandangkan ikan2 disitu sudah culas/pulas/mulas menghentam gewang.)
-Bayaran masih sama.

like satu ringgit said, 10-20lb rod will be good, i find some cheaper rod below 100 actually feels much better than those 100-200 branded rod, really, pick the rod, put the reel in and feel for ur self.
as for reel, if saltwater is a must, make sure it wont get rust if kena saltwater, u can check with the shopowner. someone in this forum recommended me ryobi arctica, go for 3000 or 4000, never regretted having it, somemore not so expensive, definitely below 200, go for a rod around 100, but u have to fork out a bit for a better line though.

unfortunately we couldnt get a bigger boat, so the biggest boatman having now can accomodate 6 ppl nia, including boatman.
we're fishing around port klang area, and his so called personal spot of good sizes red snapper. cost around close to 100 a person, definitely less than that, includes life prawns and boat rental only, drinks and food sendiri kautim, i myself will get some tesco prawn and a bit of kembong as bait as well. viox, if we count u in, ngam ngam, do confirm if u really going ya. thx

EAK is in taman pertanian? Once i went to one small dam, the entrance is quite steep, going downhill before reaching the lake. 

guys where is this EAK place? is it a pay pond? and wat will the sot be like

It's a reserve forest with 2-3lakes bro located in Shah Alam..im sure you would have heard bout Bukit Cerakah, well it's the same. The one which is open for sports fishing is Empangan Air Kuning(EAK), it's a co-sharing venture with Taman Pertanian. Concept of business is same as a pay pond

Din made it to eak. Went titiwangsa instead on free ticket. Now rain heavily. Sadz. Summore all the bottom kia mix with luring kia... Feel like going home d...

Maybe tmr is a better fishing day...
