With RM300 like Bro inv said, if you not too branded then you can have a whole setup with line for less than that. Problem is,.. you need to hunt for the rods or ask the shop keeper to help you to match.
Assume you bottom bashing and not wanting to risk of losing any fishes MH rod would ngam you (10-20lbs or 12lbs - 25lbs)
Plenty of reels out there to sample, places like digital in Puchong display all the reels for you to test.
You probably need a 3000 series reel at least or a 4000 reel. Make sure its good for salty water
Cant tell you which brand to use or buy, we are not shop owners
