Can V assume there is no high flow air filter (esp. the bolt-on type) installed on to the car?

QUOTE(sinister_sid @ Feb 5 2011, 04:13 AM) that 1 is rev cut but not the convention rev cut by stopping the injector but rather shutting off the ingnition What is the intention of the second one mentioned above? normally this is done to race car by using stand alone ecu the fuel continue pump by moving piston and flood the exhaust system and later the ignition restart and burn all the unburnt fuel result in a small explosive like u said lo the logic is the unburnt fuel generraly cooled the combustion chamber for the moment or the second way is my way this apply to carb engine and manual only first get to speed then press ur clutch the switch off ur engine not to lock but to acc to kill the ignition later when the ignition system is off release the clutch to make the engine run to pump and flood fuel inside the whole exhaust system then switch on and will hear a pap sound 3rd way is just lousy maintain engine and misfire accured nuff said |
