For proton saga BLM/FLX tyres, if a nail poked into the tyre, how long it takes for the tyre to be punctured? One hour?

TQ

It depends. A nail 'inserted' into my tyre for a couple of days before I got it removed and patched up.

Wouldnt it be too late when u realize its already pocked deeply into your tyre?

By the time I realised it was there, it was already 'parked' nicely. But people at tire workshop have ways to remove them, so no worries.

for punctured tires, there is this thing call hot patch which is way better than those 'insert in' method.
only drawback is hot patch require the tires to be removed thus increased the overall cost and consume more time.

Possible cause by side wall carcass damage when the tire still rolling with zero pressure.
