There are many types of bra, just go into any lingerie shop and speak to the sales person and they can do the measurements for you.
It depends on what type of bra you like and also how your breasts size are. Push ups are great for certain tops but t-shirt bra is better for t-shirts. Padding doesn't 'add' cup sizes, it just helps with the push up effect. The sales person will be able to tell you more. There's also lace bras and cotton bras and those with underwire and those without. Important thing is to always try on the bra before buying it.
What recommendations are you looking for? Xixili bras are pretty awesome and quite reasonable. Cheap bras like Scarlet can never last. Sloggi and Triumph are under the same company just that one cater for younger girls and the other for older women.
