Many waiting. Hope will launch soon. I call it "the 10 minute apt/condo". A wide range of amenities and services available at doorstep. Just 10 min. walk from apt. Don't have to go far and be caught in traffic jams.

Today and tomorrow Sime Darby previewing TOD....transit orientated development, basically SJCC.... And expected to launch soon for its first service apartment name the SUAVE....right beside mesiniaga.....indicative price 1100psf. Size from 624sf to 1001sf.

Ay idea of the early rebates & freebies?

Location looks good but RM 1100 psf. I like the size anyway.

Preview at their oasis ara damansara gallery.....got talks, food etc.
No idea on package yet, SA just told indicative price. Model and layout all on display except price and package only.
Said to launch the service residence end June or July, and the soho called the glitz by year end.

Talks by Joey Yap, Ho Chin Soon, etc. Tomorrow still have.....

Is tod 1100psf price fully furnished and with 10% discount later?


1100 x 0.9 = 990 psf

990 psf x 624 = 617k

617k less fully furnished 50k = 567k

567k meaning 900psf just like other sunway or tropicana metro park pricing ( without lrt)

Expensive or not. This tod should be compare with other lrt project pricing right?
