2 project. 1 is next to Mesiniaga which is appt/condo and next to Saujana Residence is soho units.. Price expected >1000psf

Many waiting. Hope will launch soon. I call it "the 10 minute apt/condo". A wide range of amenities and services available at doorstep. Just 10 min. walk from apt. Don't have to go far and be caught in traffic jams.

Today and tomorrow Sime Darby previewing TOD....transit orientated development, basically SJCC.... And expected to launch soon for its first service apartment name the SUAVE....right beside mesiniaga.....indicative price 1100psf. Size from 624sf to 1001sf.
