if it's not ur fault, no summon will be given to u
heck.. that repair will cost more than RM300
do not fix it yourself then only claim from him
what you should do is ask mechanic for the price of fixing it
then tell him and ask him to meet up and pay you the sums
all of this have to be done within 24 hours
if he doesn't shows up, just report police..

but.. it's a motorbike.. i wonder if can claim his insurance..
my collegue bear the cost of fixing his kelisa, kena banged by motorbike also..
