QUOTE(kcng @ Feb 12 2007, 10:27 PM) aiyo, no matter how many bars you put in, iswara will still be iswara, the handling will never reach waja standard... yeah, after all both the base for the 2 cars are different. if can do that, who want to buy merz or bmw? they will just improve the waja until bmw standard lor agree with that.. sidetrack, just touched my headlamp, is it normal to be so hot? btw, now i'm using my frenz michida bulbs with relay, somehow not so brights compared when put in his atos.. is it iswara's fault or the bulbs fault? confused de.. OT: anyone know where to find hella white spotlights near kajang/bangi? nowadays rain so bad, can't see road with just headlamps |

QUOTE(the_catacombs @ Feb 13 2007, 04:18 AM) rm1k for the rims only.... 15" Kspeed L188 rims.... so,no choices to improve lighting?cannot lah... saga iswara and waja on different standard... if u wanna make saga iswara as good as waja, first u need a bigger car.... heavier weight = more stability = higher fc.... yeap... its normal for the bulb to be hot.... no worries... yeap, could be saga iswara headlamp design that doesnt fully concentrate the light beam to the road... some might be out of focus and escaped.... what bout HID? no aftermarket lamps with better focus? |

QUOTE(singchaii @ Feb 13 2007, 09:57 AM) WHen Iswara headlamp is out of focus, you use HID also no use. In SIOC forum, i saw a fella using a headlamp and i guess it will be better. If i not wrong, it is using H7 and H2 bulb. err, what headlamp exactly? but H7 the tapak already diff right? donno can fit or not QUOTE(the_catacombs @ Feb 13 2007, 10:40 AM) if ur headlamp is well focused, i think it is on par with other cars.... if u think thats not enough, upgrade to headlamp booster or use 100w wiring+relay lor.... now i'm using 100w wiring+relay lor,not enough some more, go use HID... but remember, HID is also bad in rainy weather... best coupled with good spotlights jz in case raining... my car headlamp is far from worse... not original BOSCH headlamp... light beam scattered everywhere.... i drive with instinct at night and when raining... but still not bright enuf.. yesterday rain like crazy, can't even see the road now wanna try adding spotlight.. OT: -is spotlight same category with foglight? legal with jpj? - anyone knows where is the nearest proton sc in kajang/bangi? wanna tune my car,and do balancing/allignment there oso |

not bad la.. but not satisfied.. 1st cycle, the wiper goes up right?it's ok then.. but prob when it comes down.. instead of making the windscreen water-free,it scatters the rain drops some more.. making vision blurrier.. donno if its the wipers prob or what |

yay..
just came back from jb for CNY one thing i noticed was my car shook like mad when near 120km/h! obviously, something was amiss, so this is my theory: 1. rims were dented or 2. absorber cap ayam,so not very efficient or 3. rear is lifted a bit with rubber bushing (not so aerodynamic) or 4. tires don't have grip (sime tyre) so, any suggestions on which should i check first? or is there any probable causes which i didn't state above? |

QUOTE(icyd @ Feb 25 2007, 12:05 AM) hi people!im driving iswara ab 2002.im currently using 195 series 15" tyres.it's heavy on the fc.i want to downgrade to 185/55R15 but this size kinda rare on iswara.just want feedback from anybody who's using this size i'm using 185/55R15,fc not much affected i would say.. jsut don't get any sime tyres, lousy at hi speed (learned my lesson QUOTE(hamster9 @ Feb 25 2007, 09:39 AM) I would say absorber lousy and the tyres too. Change em!! mine only front shaking,so can ah just change the front absorbers?I've changed my tyres. Now going to change the absorbers. Thanks sifu or must change altogether? i've tried deflating my tires to 205kPa instead of 220kPa, less shaking but scared fc increased |

QUOTE(hamster9 @ Feb 25 2007, 10:12 AM) Sime tyres are lousy in any condition. Fast...slow...wet and dry. People might get killed with Sime. I skid when I'm travelling at 40kmph on wet condition ya lor..last time changed tires didn't do research thoroughly.. just wondering, whether trade-in tires & get new ones or wait until this tires worn out 1st? which is the better option? |
