QUOTE(the_catacombs @ Aug 30 2006, 11:45 PM) yah yah... i also prefer original headlamp... somehow, LMST headlamps in iswara looks kinda weird.... mayb not get used to the sight.... I also prefer the OEM headlamp. but it very expensive cause it made by glass. And LMST only a plastic. Correct me if i am wrong. QUOTE(z3r0 @ Aug 31 2006, 04:35 AM) Rearlight all red? Tinted with sticker? |

QUOTE(blackpc @ Aug 31 2006, 09:45 PM) plastic or glass...if it's oem it should cost about the same, because the plastic is of a very high quality material. for example... oem lmst headlamps cost >rm400 and the pirated ones are sold at about rm250. The 1999 iswara type is glass made. I asked b4 at Proton. RM499 per pair. Then i go ask for the LMST and it cuase rm290. LMST for rm290 i not sure is ori or pirated de. But, my gf lmst oem headlight is made from plastic..about the all red rearlight, you can find the latest LMST ones designed like that. no tints. looks cool to me. no idea of the price though. u should get an air cond technician to check the cable connected to the circulation lever. it happens to my LMST when i first took delivery of it. the tech adjusted the cable so the vents will be fully closed instead of still circulating outside air. to do a simple test, just switch off your air cond and drive fast on a safe, open road. put your hands at the vents...and if you can feel air coming in, meaning the vents is not fully closed. |

QUOTE(blackpc @ Sep 2 2006, 10:17 PM) definitely rm290 is for the pirated version. the only downside is the light will spread instead of focused. nowadays normally if i'm not mistaken all car makers are going for plastic headlamps, but quality is an issue when proton is the one doing it. I also thinking to go for plastic head light. But, LMSS headlight quite nice also.. Some of the worker at accessories shop say LMST headlight is more better that our headlight. |

I count my fc using a very funny way.. I pump it full tank.. Then run until millage 100km then pump full tank again.. Then use the amount that use 2nd time and then divide by 100.. |

QUOTE(woe.com @ Oct 12 2006, 01:54 PM) wahh.. pump petrol also malas meh? any where u go also can see petrol station woh.. For me if i use NGV more charmm lehh, need to go selected Petronas station oni can pump, then need to queue so long with Taxi driver. Pump NGV and pump petrol does the car power is the same? Mean ngv car will have power as petrol car?Pump tat time also not so convinient, not so relax, hav to do it rush rush coz other ppl behind still waiting for you, then the period of waiting was damn long.. so, tat's the cons for using NGV, if u wan cheap, then got lesser power, more ma fan.. But i already get used to it liao since from the day i got my car till now, i only pump NGV, very rare using petrol except going outstation.. |

QUOTE(blackpc @ Oct 25 2006, 11:05 AM) i can recomfirm the statement made by that salesman. maybe they've swapped the MT f or an AT, or maybe it's an old iswara with a new facelift. who knows? Haha.. But then, i saw it with my eye clearly that the car is really LMST cause the car park in my college and then i see the gearbox it doesn't like been modified before.. hehe.. |
