heh so i think my engine still running fine although its already 5 years...no rattling sound...no excessive vibration during idle...just like new yeahh it's scream like mad when i rev 5K-6K still i drive normally within the 2-3K RPM range.

how much to change the driveshaft for both side including workmanship ?

30-32 PSI.I'm on 185/R60/14.

anyone have ideas how to lower the NVH of our saga? i plan to remove the visors.mostly of the noise come from tyres,muffler,engine,and visors i suspect.

dynamat? its good but no budget yet.maybe i will change the tyres first when the time is ready,most of the noise comes from the tyres coz it is Astar Prima .others are still bearable.

my iswara the brake is feeling spongy,will changing the brake fluid solve this.i never changed the fluid before since 2002.

hahahaha.anyway how much are the costs to flush and fill up a new brake fluid and replacing worn out bushes?

my 5 years iswara never give problem in the engine parts,no rattling sound.only small minor problem like:

-faulty speedometer
-misallign front-right side window
-center lock problem
-hissing sound when speeding,higher NVH

others are wear and tear.just finish replace my brake system with new brake pad,brake disc,servo pump,brake shoes,and new dot 3 fluid.

not yet.anyway it can be fixed.right now just too lazy to bring it to the mechanic.

i don't worry about the second hand value of this car bcoz it will never be sell by the real owner cum my father.it will be pass to the younger siblings when i can afford my own car.yeahh the saga/iswara is very fragile indeed.

right now is 2007,don't anyone realize this saga/iswara is way too old,4G13 with no EFI,still carb...VVT is out of the question...ermm when gonna proton released a hatchback/sedan around the 30K-40K price barrier or should proton use the savvy to be the sedan/hatch back for a new car model.the thing is for me all saga/iswara/ or wira model should not be produced anymore.even the stocks must be cleared right now although in reality it don't.how about proton does this:

30K-40K :A new sedan/hatchback let say maybe a sedan Neo or savvy
40K-60K:This will be waja,neo,and gen 2
>80K: maybe perdana replacement or mpv or what so ever.

for me the basic ideas all the models should not kill each other especially the price range.i think most of the customer wanna a good looking car,matching interior color,well balanced shape in term of look.besides in term of performance a 1.3 - 1.6 L engine should be OK,if proton can improve their quality and reliability,sure can sell like hot cake.to keep it simple my dream is too see proton made a model like a VIOS within the 40K range price as you know VIOS is kinda like poor man toyota,ermm maybe all these are
just a dream

i agree on that why stop something that give your money but improvement is always welcome right?do you want to see your competitors selling items much better than yours in same price range with your product.absolutely the customers will go for the better version with paying the same price.yeah you don't need a car with all the wizardy electronic complex mechanism just to go to market,fetch your pet,sending your child to school...but i think we should always move forward.maybe we just lack in RnD and money is the constraint.just my 2 cents.

maybe because there are too many idiots running on the management and strategy division compared to the brainy one.or maybe again they really failed to see their strength and weakness over their competitors.

if money is not the problem,i think its worth.more responce in term of acceleration

its only hard when parking and drive at 20-30km/h but driving with power steering is more comfortable lorr...i also wanna install PS on my car...just getting the fund enough first

brand new set or recon? including labor charges? mind to tell me where's the workshop.
