Dirt on rims

I got this rim secondhand. Can someone tell me how to remove this stubborn watermark? I tried washing with normal car wash soap and used brush and cloth but it doesnt come out. Help pls. Thanks

try to use Meguiars NXT Generation All Metal Wheel Polish... always use it when needed.
