Without even visiting the site or attempting to verify what I told them (instead of listening only to their 3rd party installer), they simply told me its all my fault and they are not interested to listen. Sensing that their attitude is to 'fXXK you' once you already paid for the solar heater, I let it go and accept sometime in life we meet no so nice people occasionally.
Anyway after using the Micro Solar for a couple of months, rain water starts to leak through my roof from the hole they drilled to install the inlet supply line to the heater. Again I called Micro Solar head office, again they give all sort of lame excuse saying somebody must have touch the heater piping resulting in the seal being damaged etc. I can verify no body else has touch the piping since construction was completed. Again their attitude is 'fXXk you' and it has nothing to do with them!
So I felt its good to share here in this forum, maybe my experience is not typical with this brand or maybe someone else has similar problem. I for one will never recommend Micro Solar brand to any of my friends if they are looking for a solar water heater
