if your ZTE MF680 is original stock firmware from day 1 u buy, it should be purple LED,

unless u flash it with swedish or other firmware, then  the Blue LED is normal 

coverages map in websites of ISP none of them very accurate and update 

original STock firmware of ZTE MF680 should be purple = DC-HSPA+ signal,.

If u flash update other other firmware before, then u will only have blue blinking led

Just now Maxis finally decided to phone me and update me

Dear Mr XXX, we are aware of the congestion issue at (LOCATION) tower XXXXX. We will carry out and upgrade to the tower to increase the bandwidth. The upgrade will done before the end of November about 30 days from now.

You need to be a bit hardcore and sound like very concerned :lol:

Things need to be included = as technical as possible so they know what tower to fix + standard stuff name, sim number etc etc.
Sidenote : Don't sound like a innocent guy directly machine gun the CS. No people will be happy to fix case like this
