Frequent Crashes on Battlefield 3 Premium Edition

Just bought Battlefield 3 Premium Edition, and I get frequent crashes, once every 15 - 20 minutes of playing or so, both in single player and multiplayer games.
I googled around and saw that this is a common problem for everyone. How do I fix this? |
