I do have this problem at times too, mostly from 2nd to 3rd. Once you can't engage, clutch out & in again and try engage. I try and ask during my next service.

The one in Kubu (Sin Hiang Hin), reasonable, maybe you could ask for me whether can bring own EO. They use Shell which I think a bit draggy compared to the primax EO.

Not standard bro, depending. Some used Shell, some Primax. My first and second service I went to SC which used Primax, third I went to Kubu, reasonably good service but I feel Primax feels more torquey compared to Shell.

This was what I noticed, after changing to Shell EO, very draggy the acceleration, before that I was using Primax, I may service at other SC if this SC would not want me to use own EO.
