last time it happen to my speedometer cover too. what i did, i dismantled the speedo cover, put in some sponge on the edge where the plastic touching each other, and screw it back. i can said that those rattling noise is gone.
and i also reducing the tires pressure from 34(F)/31® to 31(F)/29®, the ride much comfort than before and rattling noise reduced. 

ur tyre 14" or 15"?
if not wrong, my 13" also using 31 29 according to the pressure plate at the back rear doorside

All the rattling noise in the car i solved by DIY, i dun believe SC can help you. They won't waste their time to troubleshoot intermittent problem for your car.

3 years i owned my car, non-stop finding solution for rattling noise especially dashboard and center console. The main problem is caused by those metal clip of those part and plastic-plastic rubbing noise. Try to use your hand to push the center console and speedometer cover, it will emit 'cit cit cit' rat noise. My best solution after 'R&D' for 3 years is to dismantle those parts, isolate those contact surface/edge by using black cloth tape, and put back/screw back, after that no more such noise.

clutch got 2 type rite..

certain people say low certain people say high.

low means cepat mati = need to press it abit..

high means = during Crawling in a queue at 10-15 km/h, 2nd gear. Not stepping on any pedals.
