QUOTE(eqmal197 @ Sep 21 2012, 04:50 PM) jusk ask about these led light well, there's a loophole with JPJ lawsorry if this question sound offensive to you guys that interest to get it one. i see alot driver love to put white led on their plate number. is this legal? so far i observe, white led is harder to read plate no. than standard at far distance on night time it stated that any light modification and installation of additional lights as long as it is amber, yellowish, red or white color is allowed without the need of obtaining approval from JPJ. So basically, if you put your whole Saga with white LED strips, it is still legal by their standard. This post has been edited by V12Kompressor: Sep 21 2012, 04:56 PM |

The exora platform is a multipurpose platform developed by proton as a platform for a MPV (Exora), sedan (Preve) and soft SUV. The platform can be stretched to create a larger cabin (Exora) and the rear axles can be fitted either with torsion beam for load carrying purpose or multi link suspension for general usage.
same principle was used by Toyota for their IMV project in which, the Innova, Fortuner and Hilux all shares the same platform but different axle configuration. The Innova subsequently has sex with a Vios and produced an Avanza. bye. |

because, torsion beam has better load carrying capability after leaf springs and it costs cheaper than multi link set up.

QUOTE(jasonloh7906 @ Sep 23 2012, 11:42 PM) depends on the component used lo. to put it in another way; torsion beam offers the comfort level close to multilink and the load carrying capability close to leaf springs at a fraction of cost compared to multi link. |

QUOTE(wK_ @ Sep 24 2012, 09:35 AM) Added a layer of XD3 tint on top of the stock tint ... nanti stock tint bubble how?The result is significant. Now it takes about less than 5 minutes for the interior to cool off after parking under hot sun. (fan level 2 , aircond 50%) and now i only need to keep it at fan level 1 (50% air cond) while driving under the HOT sun . they cover it under warranty? |

QUOTE(wK_ @ Sep 24 2012, 10:14 AM) by right should cover under warranty too ... i did ask the manager whether to remove the stock tint.. but he says since my car is only 1 month+ old .. and there's no scartches in stock tint .. there's no need to remove stock tint and it also gives better security ... GG, so he didn't specifically tell you that even if the base stock tint bubbles, the warranty will still be intact? Coz like mine, when I opt to rip off all my stock tint except for the rear windscreen, the manager specifically told me that the tint I'm about to install comes with warranty against all imperfection including bubbling and that includes the rear windscreen as well although it was double layered tint. |

Of all things I had and used to have, it was only my little Saga that keeps me smiling whenever I am driving it.
Don't you dare associate my current despair with my car. |

Day just got worst.
Nearly had a fender bender at Kampung Pandan. Lucky my reflex fast, and the FLX is tall enough so I drive up to the roadside kerb to avoid one moron Malacca registered fuking Toyota Avanza driver cutting into my lane without signaling and I be he dint even check his f**king side mirrors. Got back home and saw two 0.5cm line on my left bumper, something can be polished off easily. Is it all moron are born to drive a cheap Toyota or cheap Toyota are meant to be driven by morons? |
