QUOTE(r3apers @ Sep 19 2012, 10:07 AM) Morning, my car finally done... but the farking thing is they accused tht my meter wiring cause the problem.... so they need to charge me labour fee and they cabut my meter out...... Welcome to the club. At least they didn't blame your LEDs. I am still so pissed about yesterday I have to calm myself down to talk about it. The short version of my story is: If you wanna claim your faulty door lock actuator like eqmal's case, remove your ABL if you have one. Those who think ABL won't kacau your wiring warranty, you're wrong. Yea, instead of admitting their parts are defective and low quality, they now actively blame your mods. I told them the ABL is plugged to the alarm, and the alarm controls the actuator, how can the ABL spoil the actuator if the alarm is working fine??? They just simply brush me off telling "ade kacau wiring". It seems even if you ECU rosak, they will also blame the ABL. I think DRB-HICOM has implemented some sort of new policy and they are becoming increasingly anal about warranty. This post has been edited by dares: Sep 19 2012, 10:33 AM

QUOTE(davidke20 @ Sep 19 2012, 11:51 AM) So so so adorable!!! Meanwhile, timing belt is ORIGINAL on my Gabby 160k km its a blardy Renault belt! So I ask him faster change. He said Plotong original, RM350. Renault RM480 :megashock: Plotong made the belt strength base on Plotong spec. Renault based on renault spec, that's why 160k the damn thing still haven't upset the engine YET So, he left me no choice :cry:The list has gone out of hand! At least they didn't say "your exhaust still OK, but recommend you put a new car on top of it "

QUOTE(davidke20 @ Sep 19 2012, 12:25 PM) To answer dares on my silly decision made on a blardy Gabby: Bcoz its 7000 for a year 2006 car. What more? With dead absorbers it still handle batter than a stock BLM with existing comfortness. I know can easily spot a better looking Gabby in mudah for price of 10k 2005. But then, god knows how much need to spend. Buying used car, the 1st thing is to check for timing belt, even previous buyer tells you they just changed few months ago(how do you know whether the statement trustworthy), that money I still need to spend regardless how pretty the car is. Now I got new oil pan, fixed powah steering, new mountings, new timing belt and accessories belt. Atleast I know those are genuine parts and the car won't kacau me for a long-long time. With original paint, I know where got knock, but if I buy a repainted good looking car, soon the fibre fall off, then I'll have another headache. Unless the bill touches 3k, then I'll be damned but then, I still got 1/2 a new car for the budget of 10k, better than spent 10k to buy a car later here rosak there rosak. So, now I'm hoping the list wouldn't grow longer I was just kiddin Petrolhead like you it's OK la. For noob like me getting a problematic used car really farking waste my time and money That's why I let the Wajunk go even if the problems were fixable with a few Ks, but I've been ripped off more than I care to remember, so better not.

QUOTE(coolkwc @ Sep 19 2012, 02:16 PM) I already told you before, 欲加之罪,何患无辞? If they want to kacau you, they will have reason to kacau you. So for those who do insufflex, prepare warranty void for your actuator and power window if you din remove that before go to warranty. I half-expect some problems for the insulflex. But I did not expect them to blame the ABL. At least wanna piss on me give me a proper reason. This post has been edited by dares: Sep 19 2012, 02:28 PM

QUOTE(gogoman86 @ Sep 19 2012, 07:44 PM) btw, our air-cond got a switch where allow ventilation from indoor and also outdoor right, i worry mine have problem with that valve, since i use indoor air, but when stopped at traffic light especially behind those diesel lorry, i can smell that exhaust smoke in my car. what i'm worry now is that valve not fully closed. You car can never be completely airtight. Outside smell will still intrude even with aircon set to internal recirculation and thicker door rubbers. If your car is completely airtight, you drive 1 hour you're gonna fall asleep on the wheel and your gaga will fly up highway retaining wall like a dugong.
