wtask- any isp beside streamyx can provide dota 2, gaming with 0 delay?

be4 this i used maxis skmm.. ping around 100 and no delay.. but sumtimes when the speed unstable, gonna be lag and delay.. so, there is a risk.. better take streamyx/unifi..
