What is wrong with FIFA's server? I've played 3 matches in Ultimate Team and apparently it did not record my data, need to start over again. -.-

I want to ask, what are the keys for skills? I remember the keys for older FIFA was left shift, now is all self custom, cannot seem to find the exact word for it. Is it called Modifier? On Keyboard btw
