atm connection is fine, latency about 200-350ms for me (Screamyx). about few months ago there was terrible DC issue with TMnet but it seems back to normal now. just wanted to make sure before i upgrade to HoT
player base is fine, more ppl in HoT areas than in core Tyria. i think CCTV kinda less ppl active now, maybe u should try join HAX too if you play again.
