as a 15+ people team we are a mini zerg, i think we did okay against zergs of similar size.

I would suggest the former but you can give them some sort of grace period to transfer to SoS or get kicked.

yea we are looking at world(server) level.
and the problem is, most of the time i only see the familiar names who are doing the chattings.
if they really active in chat, then maybe can give exceptions.

agree, but i doubt the non sos-ians will represent a guild that doesn't have presence in their home server much just to chat. So, maybe can try 'invite' them back to SoS, if really keen to chat, come la play with us too

We CCTV good at holdin our ground zero, Proven on last WvWvW raid at Hero's Lodge or something like tht
