Hi All, I shall be getting my pearl white Prius C by end of this week. Bought this car and traded in my old car for a good value and the Sales gave me nearly 8K discount, inclusive of the 5K promo rebate.
Just wondering if the latest Prius C model should come with BT for standard Audio System?

QUOTE(gnush85 @ Dec 11 2012, 07:27 PM) Anyone know how much cost for paint touch up for 'jumble' scratch around 5cm(some a bit deep...) ? fcuk that motorcycle scratch and run My 2 accident records were both involved with motorcycles, sigh... hate these reckless motorists, no doubt they were always detained by the cops whenever there's roadblock. Try this.. http://www.groupon.my/deals/national-deal/...ading/716098119This post has been edited by mike1986: Dec 11 2012, 07:34 PM

QUOTE(gnush85 @ Dec 11 2012, 07:49 PM) don't think this will work...the some part of the scratch is quite deep, no paint at all, can see metal surface If there's a dent, I won't guarantee it. But if not, you can try, I mean it's quite cheap.

QUOTE(gnush85 @ Dec 11 2012, 08:24 PM) thinking of sending to UMW to do touch up because the color is aqua mica.... If this is not too serious, I would suggest to find something economical to cover it up, not really worth to repaint the whole thing, it would be too costly. But no harm to go to UMW to check... does they do the repainting?

QUOTE(wankf @ Dec 13 2012, 05:29 PM) First I thought I want to do it. But questions is do I really want to do it and why do I want to do it. Unless I have something which I am not happy which my PC now. Currently I have none and I can't find any reason to go and fix it to my beloved PC. There was a few times that I turn off the radio and try to listen where the click sound coming from. But at last I found it too quiet in there and a bit of under pressure(which make me feel very dizzy). Keep blasting your music then

QUOTE(wankf @ Dec 15 2012, 07:28 PM) Yupe bro....normally I like to do everything thing myself, its better...so you can know your car better. When I got my first car back in the old days...I did the oil changing, air filter and etc all by myself. Well, some stuffs you still need to go back to the SC. Nowadays getting lazier, all those let the SC do...but good to know, maybe one day it will be useful to us. Haha, that's good for you. My dad is a mechanic and yet i don't understand most of the car's part. So just let the professional handles it.

QUOTE(louis198920 @ Dec 18 2012, 01:18 PM) two batteries yes HIV(traction) Battery & 12V Battery(common in all cars) for our PC, when moving in EV, it is only using the traction battery, if this battery is discharged fully, you cannot start the car via the push button.. Need to call UMW Toyota to jump start then. And HIV? what a name?

QUOTE(eeeee7 @ Dec 19 2012, 02:59 PM) i confirm the insurance calculation already, premium is 15% of sum insured. so ur rm225 = rm1500 cover only, i doubt that enuf for UMW CBU windscreen, haha if i was quoted rm600, that would be 3500 - 4000, shit... I insured RM 1500.

QUOTE(eeeee7 @ Dec 19 2012, 03:46 PM) RM 300 covered 2100, full, but what's the likelihood that all your screens broken? So reduce to 1.5K for lesser burden. Yeap, my SA advised so.

QUOTE(eeeee7 @ Dec 19 2012, 03:53 PM) i see, thats y i hold first, din insured windscreen, haha There's a trick. My friend did this on his car. There was some minor crack on his windscreen where the incident took place before he insured, so he went on insured where the insurance guy came for inspection and photo taking did not notice the crack, after 2 or 3 months, he claimed the insurance... haha! nice trick!

One of the reason why it's expensive because the car is fully imported from Japan.

However, the service fee is very low compared to Proton. Photon is very pricey on the service fee. I always got charged from 200 to 400 myr.
