Any recommendation on a good windshield coating other than rain-x? I used rain-x on my precious car and it caused the glass surface got circular scratch mark everywhere.
Glad u made it. So, u managed to get that 3 digit plate number?

Yes. Honda hybrids can drive the car without battery, purely on fuel. While our Prius hybrid required battery power to start the car, and unable to drive without battery pack. Thats the pro of Honda, yet also a con, by only driving a 1300cc car without IMA (which is ridiculous)

By the way, my SA told be we can jump start our car without open up the battery pack at the rear seats. Pop the hood, and attached the jump start cable somewhere in there will do. He ask me go search in youtube (which i havent search yet) yawn.gif

i bet when PC's owner does this at road side or infron of houses, people will say ' oi, ada orang curi kereta'!!

Since we have 3 yrs Toyota Rescue, so dont bother 1st lo tongue.gif

I prefer Toyota Hybrid because:
1. Mature hybrid technology
2. Full hybrid
3. Features, spec, n safety
4. Brand

1 more thing, how is the warranty provided by UMW? 3 yr / 100k? battery pack as well?

Therefore Honda Hybrids go 18km/l in average while Prius C go 22km/l in average. 4km difference per liter means PC goes extra 120~160km per tank. Considering we pump petrol every week, there is at least 6240km extra a year.
*
generally, is that 18km/l max for them? and 22km/l MIN for PC? frankly?

3 yr including the battery.

Battery technology is pretty mature now, say an example, how often you have problem with your phone battery? Your battery may drain fast due to heavy consumption but have you ever wake up and found out your battery suddenly die?

I would worry more on camber angle, alignment, suspension, radiator, air cond compressor rather than battery.

My problem is: When Toyota release Li-ion battery pack for PC, it is very hard not to buy it.  laugh.gif
*
yeah, no worries on the battery.

another thing, wondering the software(dono whether it is called so) for the drive info display will have any update, like ios and android, hahaha

18km/l is average, go Insight/Jazz hybrid forum and check them out. They get very happy while reaching 20km/l.

My average with PC is 22km/l. I reach 26km/l with more patient driving. Engah has 27km/l in average in his 10000km mileage. Solute!

Added on December 18, 2012, 3:58 pm

There is a way to get back AC while the car stall, by keeping the petrol engine running and burn more fuel.
*
glad to hear that
