I got mine fixed after my second service. As long as it is within the warranty period, it should be ok. Initially, I also thought the noise came from dashboard but the SC said it came from the curtain airbag.

We have rusty metal part underneath our PC.

Yesterday's paper reported a worldwide recall by Toyota. The workmanship of PC seems to be quite poor.

Nope it won't at all. Things that I can think of that will affect the FC -

1. Bigger rims = heavier rims
2. Transfer household items into the car 

The TRD kit doesn't weigh that much actually. You can actually hold them with one hand

That why we need the forum to keep owners updated, especially when it comes to problem to the PC. Give everybody a head start. Use every opportunity during the warranty period. Just my two cents.

I guess if you have extra cash, maybe can go for Japan rims. Those rims are light.

Was driving through Bangsar in my white PC behind a young guy in his black PC the other day.  Was pretty annoying- he was obviously trying not to go above 50km/hr....hogging the middle lane..going SLOWWWWW.  Not sure what he is trying to save!

Is the Prius C service every 10k after 60km?

for engine break in we are not suppose to drive a constant speed for too long....no?

then going on a highway trip of 110-120km/h constant speed would be like the worst thing to do, no?

I am thinking of installing the driver camera at the front. Any recommendation?

Thanks, Honda force service every 5k, if not, they reserve the right not to honor any warranty, I was wondering if Toyota also like that. So far, the Prius C service is less than half that of Jazz Hybrid... Jazz Hybrid can spend up to 6k total in service (from 15k km to 100k km)

Yup same here too. I got 3M and its good. Great UV and focus more on security tint first.

found something special while driving in the rain. as usual, i off aircon and left the blower on with highest fan speed, the aircon temperature i set 27 degree. outside temperature should be around 22 degree.

i notice the air (without aircon switch on)  from the blower are hot one. when i turn it to hi, the air is much more hot and the air all focus on the leg side. i cannot tahan the heat so i turn the temperature to 23 degree, and i notice the air is cooler than the 27 degree that i set earlier.

suppose if i off the AC button, the aircon should not working.. i slightly feel my fuel consumption is higher for this drive as well.. could it be the PC will switch on the heater when the inside car temperature is lower?

usually the drive i get in normal weather should be 28km/l, but just now i only get 23km/l

the aircon button is switch off... i just on my blower fan.

If those display dashboard gauges are more to the driver side instead of in the middle, I think it will be more better. When you are driving is hard to look at those dashboard gauges in the middle and the same time have our eyes on the road. But I think Toyota did this to make them look different from others.

I like those Civic dashboard gauges, they look pretty cool. If we can modify those into the PC, how nice would it be or get some other stuffs like hologram display of the speedometer.

how can one compare between Prius and Prius C really beats me...
they are totally different cars with different segments and pricing...

Is it the shop in Damansara? My mechanic showed me the device from China, RM80 and work on most Toyota, is this one more exclusive?

i'm sorry unable to join our 1st Gathering..  due to Hari raya holiday this friday.. i'm going to pickup my daughter at hostel near gemencheh N9 and drive to my home town...

this time i'm have to drive my PC .. my MPV just been hit last week.. and still in police case due to 3rd party did not make any police report...

How can i make my PC siren sounds in the car park while I am searching it? There are only 2 buttons on the remote control, door unlocked and locked. Yes I haven't gone through the manual, no time for it yet.
