Do I need to use high index glass? Quotation for Crizal Prevencia/ Hoya Blue Control. What about prescription sunglasses? Possible with such readings? TQ boss.

Got my glasses from his shop last week. Recommended seller. Very good service from his optician, Ms Tung, even though he wasn't there and competitive pricing.

Just got back my lenses after I sent them for lenses replacement.

I strongly recommend Ideal Optique. My first visit there and was served by Ms Tung too. She gave good recommendations and lengthy explanations on the problems I face with the previous pair (from another shop). I never had opticians told me that premium lenses like Hoya, Essilor or Zeiss came with 1 year warranty. When I went to collect my lenses today, Teng was there and I was even more surprised when he told me even frames purchased from them had warranty too. I never heard frame also got warranty. If you are interested, you should enquire about it (since I re-use my old frame) because I find it interesting (if I knew about it in the first place, I might consider a change too).

Anyway, cut the story short... I think you can find peace of mind dealing with Teng/Ms. Tung. I had used a number of Hoya lenses in the past without problem but my last pair was Essilor and it was really bad. Coating was off in less than a year and was surprised my friend did not notify me that there's warranty for it. I was assured that any similar problem with coating should refer back to them asap for warranty purpose.

I can see why so many forumers recommend Hunakadoo, and I'd like to add my own recommendation for him too. Helpful and friendly, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with him. Just got a pair of prescription sunglasses from him.

Collected my spec today. I sincerely said, this optic shop is the best that i encounter. The optician (looks young) but have vast knowledge and friendly.  I highly recommended this shop and i am sure whoever went there will agree with me.
