after solved the MYVI shaking problem with mounting replacement now can obviously heard the sound of tires edi...
plan to get silent low db for my stock myvi tire size any recommended ?

also plan to find the tires shop got do on wheel balancing but not sure which shop in kepong area ...

for original size, not much choices available, since u wan silent tyre, i will recommend u XM2 or yokohama cdrive 2.

if stock viva with size 165/55R14, the smallest R14 XM2 is 175/65R14, which is 7.89% larger in diameter

based on suitable conversion, available size for XM2 is either 155/65R13 or 165/65R13

Continental cc5 are quiet tyre for daily drive, it fit most of new 1.5 myvi stock tyre now

Hi sorry for hijacking, which size is better for Myvi stock rim for XM2 (price + quietness into consideration)?
165, 175 or 185 (does 185 even fit?). Thanks!!

If not mistaken, Myvi stock rim width is 5" so tyre width 185 (tyre size 185/60R14) should fit but the rim will look 'sink' due to wider tyre

Most tyre shop will recommend wider 14" sport rims to go with tyre width 185, like rim width 6"
