QUOTE(chongkiatz @ Sep 14 2012, 12:07 AM) That make me really re-consider to jumpship lol, i stil found my iphone4 stand strong , but i can't resist how fast the iphone5 is !!! make sense in some ways... I think i know why Apple make the rear side become metal rather than glass?7 If not mistake i think it's because using flash + camera with too near distance , the glass will reflect the light of flash and end up will capture something weird light source or maybe weird picture , that why they change to metal rear cover? |

QUOTE(chriscym @ Sep 14 2012, 12:15 AM) Yes don't underestimate DiGi, I've worked with DiGi for 4 years, the company management and marketing team is solid strong. Without politic influence of controlling their spectrum to protect certain companies, I bet Maxis / Celcom would be very worried. Even now the 3G they have belongs to TIME on 10 year license, they are actually competiting in a very uneven playing field. Look whos backing me.. hehe. in my perspective digi had a very good strategy not to mention their superb weird yet effective ads. hope digi will be d first of mobile provider that introduce the IP5 here with very best deal. |

QUOTE(pirantos @ Sep 14 2012, 12:43 AM) just found out about this technical specs from apple website : too much fragmentation. haishGSM model A1428* supports LTE Band 4 and 17 ; GSM model A1429* supports LTE Band 1, 3 & 5; CDMA model A1429* supports LTE Band 1, 3, 5, 13, 25. but Malaysia is adopting LTE Band 7, which means Iphone 5's LTE not supported in Malaysia and less 'forward' compatible. having said that, 3G coverage is not even far and wide yet in malaysia. I guess UK apple fans should be sharing malaysians' sentiment too : see here |

QUOTE(Mackiddo @ Sep 15 2012, 01:26 AM) not only that, I bought with Citibank credit card 12 months interest free installments. Probably the 1st one in Sg is doing that for iP5 wah, installment w/o interest?? damn lucky lorh. nway r u planning to use msia sim card or sg sim card? Added on September 15, 2012, 1:31 am oh Apple know. Apple also knows that Malaysia have a lot of Intelectual Properties issues in Malaysia. Piracy also high. That's a good reason to delay the launch in Malaysia |
