Samsung sucks, some more want to sue people using the wireless infrastructure, stupid! And the most important is Samsung didn't own the LTE patent, how to sue Apple??
Samsung confirmed that it will immediately sue Apple if the latter releases products using advanced long-term evolution (LTE) mobile technology. LTE has been emerging as the top standard in the global mobile industry.
According to data from Thomson-Reuters, Nokia ranked top with 18.9 percent in terms of the number of LTE patents, followed by Qualcomm with 12.5 percent, Samsung Electronics with 12.2 percent and Ericsson with 11.6 percent.
yes i agree the new black one looks very nice with the anodized aluminum but Im tired of black. Using black for 2 years now cause there werent any white iphone 4 when they first launched. Now I want to try white. Less oily fingerprints I think.
With the old glass back cover design perhaps. Definitely not with aluminum cover.
Have a look...

nice link bro...how poor S3..ip5 beats it so easily....
QUOTE
For reference: the quad core Tegra 3-powered Nexus 7 scored a 1591 and the quad-core Samsung Galaxy S III scored 1560 in the test— narrowly missing the new standard for mobile devices. (Note: Galaxy S IIIs running Jelly Bean still outperforms the iPhone 5.)
It's the integration of OS and hardware and although I'm not fond of Samsung, it's unfair to say iPhone 5 beats S3 easily when it clearly says S3 running on Jellybean still outperforms iP5.
