She is Mina, used to stray around an industrial park. She was noticed by a loving young girl, and had been feed by her regularly. But recently, the young girl noticed Mina’s stomach was swollen and some bloodly liquid did flow out sometimes. Owing to no transportation of this young girl, she is unable to bring Mina to the vet. Thus, she had requested HOPE to help by bringing Mina to vet.We noticed many olda and new knife chopped wound on her body, and most heart breaking was her mouth had been bitten till askewed! Mina is a very decent doggy, why there are still heartless and cruel human being bear to abuse and treat these weak and old stray animal with all kind of bloody ways?The reason of Mina’s swollen stomach after diagnosed was dued to pus on her cervix which need to undergo surgery to suck out the pus without any delay. Mina is also suffering from very serious flea problem and also anemia! Furthermore, her jaw’s bone had being bitten until broken into pieces, which was unable to re-correct. For the rest of her days, she is unable to chew and eat hard food. Her food had to be soaked soft then only she is able to swallow. According to vet, Mina is an old dog. She needs more time than others to fully recover from all her sickness!Mina had undergone the pus sucking and spaying surgery. She is recuperating in founder aunty Jiajia’s house and having her medical follow up regularly to treat her flea problem and anemia. Let’s cheers for Mina wishing her for speedy recovery!

Marcus has the red eyes as being affected by the virus and soon he'll turn blind.

10/07/2012:A sad news for Marcus. Marcus’s both eyes had become totally blind due to cancer… Both blind eyes had been removed to avoid ulcerating which will bring tremendous pain to poor Marcus… =’(
Fortunately, Marcus’s condition is under control. He doesn’t need to take any medicine at the moment, Hope he conditio
n is getting better and better
Though Marcus is living in the endless darkness now, but Marcus is still brave and strong! We do believe that your love will still lights up his world. Because “blind dogs see with their heart not their eyes”.

This poor little dog named Xiao Qiang was found by a kind hearted lady two days ago behind a staircase. He had two huge wounds on his two hind legs. Red raw flesh were exposed and bone can been seen. Furthermore, one of his eye was blind. He was in very bad condition – extremely thin and miserable. Obviously he had not eaten any food for a long time. Xiao Qiang was rushed to the vet clinic immediately. After an immediate examination and x-ray, the vet found out he had multiple wounds such as both of his hind legs and pelvis were broken. He also had fractures on his ribs and had severe virus infection on his hind legs. It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform that one of Xiao Qiang’s leg had been amputated. Left with no choice, we had to do so in order to save him. He also had severe muscle atrophy on his hind legs that caused him unable to straighten his legs and unable to move with his both hind limbs. He had the high possibility that another of his leg might be amputated. Could Xiao Qiang be able to stand and walk again? We really couldn't tell...we had to hold back our tears when we saw his severe wound and saw him moaning in pain after the surgery, suffering all the plights with his small and thin body..He is just a very young puppy which is not more than 1 year...According to the vet, his wounds was caused by a horrible accident. It is estimated that he had suffered from tremendous pain for more than two weeks. No one is willing to help him or take a glimpse at him. Until this kind lady eventually saw him and willing to help him. We couldn’t imagine what will happen to Xiao Qiang if no one gets to see him. It is sad to comment on our society and ourselves that animals have to be severely injured before we are aware of their existence and before we are prepared to help
