What's the difference between difficulty and MP?

You can't change difficulties unless you finish Normal Act 4.... unless someone carry you to nightmare in public game. However I advise you keep playing, don't skip.

There are 4 difficulties > Normal > Nightmare > Hell > Inferno.
Monster hits harder/longer HP as the difficulties rises (duh)

Also..there's MP.. Let's just say on MP0, skeleton has 10hp...while on MP10 you multiple the hp & damage by 10. MP also gives you additional Gold/Magic Find and exp bonus.

For people who prefer a more challenging/farming game.. they can choose higher MP. However, higher MP doesn't mean you can get better stuff (RNG is RNG).

I heard ppl said Nekarat at MP10 100% drop infernal machine plan. But yesterday I tried it did'nt drop.

did u hv 5nv when u killed him?

Yep, 5 stacks and it drop nothing. My team even go kill extra elites to ensure all in the team have 5 nv. But at the end, all of us didn't get.

report it as a bug in official d3 bnet forum ... an infernal machine plan + 1 random key are guaranteed to drop when u kill Nekarat on mp10 if u hv 5 stacks of nv afaik.

Hi all sifu, for hota/rend build, what is the best weapon? Life steal skorn or dual wield? So far i tried both, i dun hv problem for wotb up time n i thk dual wield made me stuck with bloodthirst passive if im going to use witching hour..

ls skorn tanky and good for rend.. not so good for ww though.. if dual wield can always get 2 ls weapons ma.. hehe

Problem is high dps life steal EF is so expensive huhu..

Likewise high dps LS% Skorn is not

so say if I finish normal, can I straight jump to Hell or even Inferno lol

or need one by one?

finished Act 4 Normal -> restart Act 1 Nightmare -> finished A4 NM -> restart A1 Hell -> fin A4 Hell -> welcome to Inferno.

I suggest that for now on you choose the high MP (MP10 ) for fast levelling up.

also, get some weapon that "Reduced Level Requirement" when you hit level 45+ -. It greatly helps slaughtering everything on Nightmare/Hell..

Just changed my whole barb setup to HOTA/WW/Rend, I think I got bored with playing Rend OPKS WW. Needed something new for a change. I think it plays better too as I kill Elites much much faster. The not so nice part is have to spend $$$...

NO lar. don't want to spend too much on my barb di. Today spend on 2 new weapons also sakit hati abit di. If str nat ring then have to spend on str nat boots. lul.. some more need to spend

str nat boots not expensive.. below 60 mill... bcos max roll is str 100 only.. and with vit roll 100 only hehe
