act2 easy. more than enough

Alright, I am stucked at Rakanoth A4. My WW tornado seems not viable against him.
If I am to only change skill, what are the recommendation?

Generally there are 2 things that I find rather low.
32K HP and 300 AR.

Were you doing solo or co-op?
Higher LOH/LS may help you.

Based on my experience, 1800 LOH is barely enough, especially in some nasty fire/arcane/poison elite fights.

I have little problem with Elites, just stucked at Rakanoth.
Carry me through!

Don't want to spent a single shiat on the barb. Want to finished INFERNO before the 1.0.5 nerf on AR (I have way too low AR atm, if no WC Punity I die lo)

like what aluene said about the resist n ar. could try get higher say 800 ar after buff and 38khp(tats my barb stat when i clear a3) i had like 900 loh only. if u could hit these stats, all u need to do is jz do more practise on positioning ur barb and planting those tornadoes. u can do it.

as for a4, i got abit kiasee( scare die that i pump my loh,ar and hp to 1.8k,900 and 45k(amrthyst gem)) and i manage yo clear a4 without dying. but with these setup of course my dpa gona drop to say 20k.

if u need loh gears, i have an amu with 300loh i could borrow u, a 800dps 600loh mace, and 900loh offhand. will borrow u or maybe giv u d offhand if u need it to clear a4.

editted: i once watched a vid by zrave on fighting rakanoth, the idea is to avoid getting "blink" ( dota term) by him, perhaps u can try leap/ ignore pain/ furious charge to avoid that blink dmg. i rmb it did some mass dmg.

Not just ur AR n HP low only, my opinion ur passive skills not in state at the moment, cos weapon master, ruthless, nerves of steel is for ur barb going comfortable fury regeneration well then u use this three passive skill .

U want kill rakanoth try to use superstition, ruthless, tough n nail first, u will feel different ...ofcos ur dps will drop abit but will worth well ww nado....

If you ever decide to beat Rakanoth by your own barb then let me know, I can loan my backup shield (an open socket Hallowed Defender) with block 27% to you.

I stripped my Barb naked too (just to see his 6-pack).

Now my Barb has fully revamped.
He can go WW.

(I got my helm from loot and right ring from old build)

Amulet - 16.33m (bid)
Shoulder - 6.75m (buyout)
Brace - 6.66m (buyout)
Chest - 21.63m (bid)
Gloves - 39m (buyout - I was so tulan after losing so many bids, I just bought it out - less headache )
Belt - 17.85m (bid)
Pants - 13.4m (bid)
Left ring - 1m (buyout)
Right ring - from my old build. Reserve this slot for Hellfire ring.
Boots - 25m (buyout)
Off-hand weapon - 13.65m (bid)
Main-hand weapon - 15.75m (bid)

ok wa, my cheap arse WW+tornado build can do 2kLoH+6%LS, only that it is 20k dps
Just keep on run run run and takes longer to kill only, to survive is not really a big problem with my 7.5kArmor+300AR unbuff.

Well, D3 the power is directly related on how much you spent.

bro ur barb was well just HP n AR only slowly upgrade u can make it...

Insanity will be better. Thrive of Chaos if you are able to gain alot of fury to keep WoTB up.

Mornin Fellow LYN Members (Barbarians)...

Feedbacks on fellow Barbs that play PTR1.05...i cant play it due to certain restriction, but would love to read on those playing on it and their comments on the MP levels. Hope to use those players builds as a guide and benchmark when MP hits out on 1.05, i did search uTube..but those guys on it are wearing super uber gears...need to hear more from our own player community on Barbs on MP levels..
