Maxis is using TM's barebone
So, I think technically line quality should be the same.
To answer your question, latency, they should be the same as they are on the same barebone.

The only concern is the quota (yes, i know it's not implemented yet).
You know the history of Maxis, for me, I feel Maxis is more "money face" than TM.
I won't be surprised Maxis started to charge you for over quota.

I have been using TM and Maxis various services (mobile, fixed line, dial-up, leased line etc etc).
TM could hardly overcharge me. Product quality has been consistent.
Maxis had been overcharging me in many cases.

For long term, I'd pick TM over Maxis. I believe TM has an edge as she owns the barebone.
Anyway, choice is yours.

You can have different hybrid builds (as we have other good skills like rend, seismic slam etc).
You need to customize your build in accordance with your preference.

If you're building a pure weapon throw/ancient spear build, 300th is a must.

As you're building a hybrid build, no, it doesn't need 300th spear.
You can use any 1-H weapon.

Nat's helm & boots on barb.
Nice build nonetheless.

IMO, if you can't 1 hit most mobs, make it 2 hits then.
1-2 shots mobs @ MP10 is not bad at all.

I made a silly mistake few weeks ago.
I wanted to sell my Unity ring. But I clicked the wrong ring and priced it at 5m.
I didn't aware until the ring sold in few seconds.
It was an SoJ with 6% elemental damage / 29% Elite damage bonus / -10 Mana Zombie Charger.

Lost 120m for that ring. And spent another 120m to get a replacement.
Total damage, 240m.

Blizz dev team just went full retard.

If you look at all previous and current patches, Barb didn't get buff but nerf.
Meanwhile, other classes have got good buff generally from these patches.

Ghom test @ MP10, you can see other classes are catching up, except WD and Wiz.

Some skills aren't supposed to alter, i.e. gloom on DH and freeze on CM Wiz.

Imagine DH and CM Wiz with nerf on gloom & frost nova, disastrous.

I won't say other class can kill faster, they just have a quite balance power.

If there is a need of buff, it should be given to WD and Wiz.

DH is not exactly weak, way far from the worst class.
Bola/spike trap are really powerful. Killing bulk easily.
Sentry+gloom, makes you better tanker than melee heroes.
2890 said he recorded the same killing time as HOTA barbs @ MP10. It can't be weak.

The nerf on WoTB is something like nerfing night stalker + gloom on DH.

Use it against you?
I think you think too much.

With HOTA, standing on fire & plague is not a problem.

Problem only arises when barbs stand on the eyes of arcane.
