not really, Rend barb focus weapon damage and of course CC & CD. can ignore the IAS and use frenzy (maniac) to increase attack speed and damage. usually i will focus on my frenzy to the max--> rend (bloodlust) to fill up my life, it feel like regen to keep standing on plague or desecrator. finally hota with max frenzy.

beside WoTb and battle rage still hav 1 more slot u can choose to use from sprint, overpower, or war cry. 

the best build for rend with skorn (ruby) for more weapon damage

barb noob oso here    afaik from my reading n playing experience, LoH can easily sustain ur health pool mainly from tornados procs (higher ias = more tornados ticks = more life on hit) .. Rend on the other hand gain more from LS especially if u use a high base dmg 2h wpn such as Skorn (using Overpower-Killing Spree b4 u Rend can greatly increase the chance of landing a crit Rend which is a 1-hit kill on white mobs)

for insane affixes e.g triple elementals (plague+Molten+archane/descretor) u need to play smart.. u need to lure them to clean floor if plague pool start drain your life and no mobs around....

my biggest enemies now is waller (cant WW well) Molten (hate explosion after they die.. need to wait before collect loots) and archane (laser beam take too long too disappear after they die ).. these affix make me lose my WoTB..

u can try using soj too to get xtra dps against elites.. my cheap SoJ (8m) give me 57k xtra dps against elites compare to my 100m rare ring

that kind of SoJ will never cheap.. just buy off-class 6/30 cold soj... less than 10m..

I've crafted plenty and never get any class specific skill roll into any of them thus far lol. Yes there's many more useful prop beside life regen can be rolled into crafted chest compare to IK's limited prop

Just a matter of time, more and more barb will realize crafted chest > IK's potential

If IK chest is the only piece you have left bro, then you have even more reason to craft chest! Thanks for highlighting my shoulder, it's my first crafted piece which replace the common VW and I still value it as my best crafted piece out of all the other crafted items I'm using.

I concur too, during uber Mobajobg the perma-freeze Wizzy died, I the puny monk died, faheem the awesome CC mempo monk also died, only amiranna didn't die

if ias 2.0 and above consider ok already.. upgrade your cc to 50% unbuff 

u shud try switching Instigation to Punish for Bash .. i dont think the xtra fury per bash is needed as most of the time fury is generated from ww/sprint & since u r using Superstition passive, u hv chance to gain fury when standing on molten/plague/descrator (eg when standing inside Ghom poison cloud u can just non stop HotA) .. in my case after 3 bash (max Punish buff) my total dps (including Fury + WotB) will increase by 60k (from 230k to 290k) after that i can keep HotA and bash only once (after 5-6 HotA) to keep the 3 Punish buff (u can try on Ghom n see for urself how much 3 Punish buff will increase ur total dps).
my ias is 2.17 n for now comfortable with WW/HotA .. u still hv room to increase ias on ur jewelry (rings & ammy)

How much total dps increase after 3 buff of Punish? im sure it will be more than mine lolz 
8% x 3 = 24% dmg increase to any skill used ... 24% for HotA with Rage n WotB alrdy on will be a lot 

IF u feel ur ias is not enough u can try Frenzy/Maniac to replace Bash .. max 75% speed boost .. however i feel Fury gained using Frenzy is slower & need to hit 5x as compared to 3x only for Bash to get max buff .. not to mention Bash give more dmg% n fury per hit

gile OP, aku punya barb 5 frenzy + BR = 248kdps, 337kdps after WoTB, bash is more damage than frenzy, but i need more ias    that y i prefer frenzy..
