Would like to seek for advice regarding to my issue.
I've made a mistake where when I sign the contract, I forgot to clarify on the CPF thingy and basic salary. What I understand is that in some company, they'll pay the CPF in cash to those holding work permit, in my case, an EP holder. Now, the company thought that the salary I demanded are including the CPF which basically means that the basic salary that I expected are reduced.
I'm currently under probation. Is it possible to revise this after my probation period?
