Good for u. U can use M1 1 to 1 for cinema show in Cathay. Basically buy 1 free 1 on every sunday. Best to go early morning as there are limited seats.

It's forever and ever as long Cathay is open. I usually go amk hub watch show with fren. So I pay for myself and I can get a free ticket for my fren.

U probably nvr knew abt it becoz it must be bought in sun morning. So if u want to enjoy the discount be kiasu and make sure u are there before its fully redeemed.

Myself got denied the m1 1 to 1 just by the person queing in front of me. I was quite mad that day. It's limited to 250 person in whole Cathay Singapore.

Thanks for the info, so all i need to do is just showing them my phone with m1 as the operator to be entitled the free ticket?

Dear Sifus,

Anybody here working in Loyang area? Loyang Cresent to be precise. Got an offer from OnG company there with salary of SGD 7.2k but I'm not sure about the accommodation around the area. Seems like they jack up the rental there compared to other part of Singapore. Another thing, is the offer on the high side or lower side as I'm also got around the same figure here in Malaysia.

Yes, i'm working in Loyang now. Anything in particular you want to know? With 7.2k i believe u can live pretty comfortable here. You may want to look for accomodation in pasir ris, it is just next to loyang industrial area. That way you can save time travelling to work everyday. Company in loyang usually provide shutter bus picking up their staff from bus interchange to work. So, I would say pasir ris would be your ideal choice as I ,myself, is staying there too. nod.gif The rental for room or house is all available at propertyguru website. You need to do some searching on your own yea.

Btw, speaking of O&G. Is Fugro the company you will be joining soon? hmm.gif

Thanks for the reply. What worried me the most is because im afraid I cant save some chunk of my  salary because of the rent. Ill ask about the transportation to my company whether they provide it or not. And its not fugro..im installation contractor

Well they just revise today to sgd 8.4k. Im 26 btw but married already without any kids yet. Thinking of becoming weekend husband by flying back to KL every weekend. Would that be a good idea in terms of money saving? If I bring my wife to Singapore then ill need to rent a house whereas I could do with just a room by myself
*
wow.. very impressive salary at your age. To be able to draw such salary, are you on managerial level?
