Jus wondering is anyone here familiar/heard of Straits Construction Singapore Pte Ltd? Wanted to know about the company working life such as environment, cultures, politics, etc. Been looking into Banking/Financial industry in SG but still yet to see any good offer.

*Edit* Btw, since not I am not familiar with SG market, how much is average salary for people with 2 years working experience? (I know I dont have much experience, just want to understand the market).

No, I yet to offered by them just applied HR MT few days ago. I am doing HR in MNC in Malaysia that serving many of countries, and from the hierarchy structure, it seems that the company is small/medium sized. Kinda afraid to join small company due to many personal thoughts such as politics and career growth. Would be great if u can share more with me in PM
