Not much details yet, just received Dijaya SMS today for this piece of info, so just share it here.

It is located opposite Sunway Giza, a piece of big land there, that's the place they will develope this project.

The showroom is up.

Can see from the road side, or opposite Sunway Giza/Casa Indah 1.

Was told by the officers from Tropicana Avenue that the Tropicana Gardens showroom & details will be up in Oct. Finger cross.

Unknown yet.

Wow illustration art is so beautiful!

The upcoming MRT is going to increase the property prices around that area.

Interested in Retail outlets pricing & measurement.

I read from propertywtf.com.my that sneak peak for service apartment is on this Sun, 7th Oct, anyone can confirm?

How about Tropicana Avenue?
Will existing condos nearby such as Casa Tropicana, Riana Green, Sunway Sutera price up too because of the ne development? Ahh reminds of the SuperCondo Tropicana Grandae will be ready by mid 2013, too.
