Like I said earlier, what u see is not what U will get...so insincere...

Not only sales chart which was previously on electronic board not shown any more but the SA also look like no motivation to sell...u can sense it quite strongly

Couldn't agree more. What you see is really what u will get!
We bought a 2 million dollar condo under Tropicana Project (the condo that claimed to be luxurious golf-fronted condominium nestled in the vicinity of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort). To be honest, there are lots of defects can be easily seen and the finishing is really up to the standard (poor quality workmanship). The past experience waiting for the developer to complete the rectification works is such a painful experience. The developer is not responsive to the defects highlighted to them and the rectification work actually dragged about 3 months to complete. In fact, whenever we met other owners in the lift, everyone will be complaining about the poor handling by the Tropicana management in relation to those defects. It's such a disgrace to claim themselves as a prestigious developer with award winning. For those potential purchaser out there considering Tropicana project, please think twice before you make your decision (my 2-cents advise). wink.gif

Visited the so-called furnished showroom, apart from the poor quality of the fittings on the room (try knocking the wardrobe, it's the cheap melamine type), the showroom also doesn't really tell you the exact furnishing you get, ie they still add a lot of ID to it. They are selling the place as fully furnished, but the truth is so far from that. For something that is RM1000psf above, the choice of fittings are not that great, toilet tiles are a let down, main door is a plain white fire door.

The only thing going for them is that the ceiling is really high at 3.5 metres.

They are so ashamed of the sales, they no longer show the sales chart anymore.

Looks good from the outside only. Most of the residents here fed up with the management. We have yet to move it as there are still defects pending the management to rectify. They are not responsive to the owner's concern. We are trying to clear the defects at our own cost and claim against the stakeholder fund. Apparently, the lawyer is on the Tropicana side and will not easily release the money to us. Some of the residents just couldn't wait further and just move in.
