while I agree that the market is bubbling .. and it's BBB fever everywhere ..
we can scream bubble and market going mad at RM800psf ..

but I think one only need to be there on Friday .. to see the type of crowd there ..
and you will realise this crowd are the types with deep pocket, are probably residents of the neighbouring taman, who wouldn't mind 'stamp collecting .. icon_rolleyes.gif

abit similar to the MK10 or MK11 owners who prefer to leave their units empty, rather than rent it out .. there are these breed of pple .. and they are not the same as the youcity Cheras crowd brows.gif

The USA housing bubble as an exmaple.

The high debts creat high price on  buying activities is  not welcome. It is more damaging than no growth in price at all.

Those have few assets in your collection is going to see property value going down more likely when the sustainable become an issue.

An invesotr holding few under constrcution units is like gambling and no longer an investment games now.

More sales at RM500k on a mere studio? the more that greater the damage.

If Bnm don't act on this right time with adjustable policy. A lots of pp will see their welth going thinner and thinner.

UEM-Sunset just launched Arcoris Residence, over the weekend, designed by Sir Norman Foster ..

Not cheap, easily 900psf for a real iconic project in MK ...
If you are eligible for LTV90 , you could possibly get a zero down deal .. Shhh .. thumbup.gif

apparently the tunnel is open now!!!

however you are right .. the junction at Palm Springs is such a pain in the arse. they should just seal it up.
for the good of the bigger majority, let the Parkville / palm Springs residents go u turn at Giza

Traffic will be much better along Persiaran Surian once the underpass tunnel at the Surian/Tropicana Indah/Mahogani intersection is open. The only problem now is for those coming from the curve towards TG, there's a bottleneck at the bridge crossing over the NKVE due to the long queues for the traffic light at the Surian/PJU 5/1 junction.

If really want smooth traffic flow from the curve towards TG, this junction should just be closed off  tongue.gif

this junction will be sealed up after they resurface the road ..
coming from Curve and turning right .. they can always go to the traffic light in front of Giza and u turn.

Lol Palm Spring and Parkville residents no need to go thru such a hassle. They can go in PJU 3/22 (turn left after Shell) and make a big loop around that pass by Opal Damansara to get to their homes.

The junction that currently creates a lot of jam is the traffic light AFTER the NKVE bridge. The junction at Sunway Nexis/driving range. That's the one I'd rather see being sealed up.

I actually won't put so much premium into walking through malls ..
cause the operation hours usually from 10am to 10pm ..

doesn't benefit the office commuter ..
and we are assuming that the mall opens it doors to residents to access after hours ..

Wow, that explains the premium on the last phase selling price. With our weather so hot, a cool walk way is a big plus point.
