Cascades shoplots are facing problems to rent out, same as the strands gardens offices and shops.
Cascades residence is taking advantage on staying in the center of KD whereby all the amenities are so close to it and the car can escape jam from persiaran surian using the other way to reach toll exit..

Well..this is just based on my personal observation.. I just don't think the strand garden offices and cascades shoplots can have chances to succeed..

I meant for cascades residency, cascades shop is poor in occupancy not even 20%..

Most studio units in cascade are rented out. It should be quite high occupancy.

yes. only bankers know the buyer's profile..so it is advised that if you are not that rich..don't over use your credit limit....

MRT/LRT is for foreign workers or poor groups to use, once you are out from the group, you will not need it anymore but need a car to enjoy your life.

Govt is earning the money from the nations cos it know our nations are getting poorer and the group is getting more (include foreign workers) ..

So the mall will need to capture crowds from both (poor & rich) that need public transport & private cars to access it.

So which group are we now?

I think those are klcc area of which their house near to lrt station and also very short trip can reach their workplace.

Because they wanna tell people if you don't buy now, it would not have this kind of property that near to MRT station that come with mall in this area, now they've left last phase, block A & B is appreciation to those early birds which support them.

block C, they struggled but managed to sell all...

block D? you take it or leave it..if you can see the potential...smile.gif
